Great place to get an American style burrito or bowl. Fountain drinks available. Wonderful and friendly customer service. Limited seating, but still cozy. Plenty of parking.

I just wanted to say thanks to the nice guy on 5/26/22 at around 5 pm. He was so friendly and so extra helpful with my daughter and I. Great chipotle location!! I don’t know his name (dark hair with some scruff on his face) :)

This is probably the best Chipotle in the North Shore. The staff is kind, they give generous portions, the food is great and the line where the burritos and bowls are assembled is always clean and spotless! Keep up the great work, Chipotle Lake Bluff!

This is by far the best location. The people are always smiling and go above and beyond with positive attitudes. I eat here 4 times a week and every time is as good as the last. Food is fresh fast and delicious, but it's the staff that really make it great. Well done crew!

Exceptionally friendly and fresh. I requested to wait for fresh meat and they did not make any faces or acted rude. They went above and beyond the normal customer service to make my food as fast as they could. I love this place. And has now become one of my favorites !!!😘

Angelica, the manager of the store, graciously gave me 50 BYGO coupons to be raffled off at an opening night reception mid-August in the local area. She did not hesitate to help out the local community and myself and those in attendance that evening really appreciated her kindness! Highly recommend!

I don't know what the hell everyone else is talking about, this is the best chipotle I've been to hands down.

I've come here for lunch well over one hundred times in the past months ordering both the steak and chicken and it's always been perfectly cooked and seasoned.

The staff are friendly, clean, and attentive always greeting customers as soon as they are through the door.

I'm a chipotle addict who lives about 40 minutes away and can say this is hands down, the best chipotle I've been to, ever.

Don't take my word for it, go here for lunch one day and let them prove it to you.

Best Chipotle restaurant I have been too. Fresh ingredients and staff is always amazing. Would recommend this chipotle location over any other chipotle location between here and round lake beach.

You get what you expect from a standard chipotle. Never had a bad experience I go quite frequently.
