Taco King & Chinese Food

I had both Mexican and Chinese food and I must say it was great. You can definitely taste that the food is freshly made. The place is very clean and the staff very friendly customer service is great. I will most definitely be back soon.

The best Chinese in DeKalb County! Taco King has incredible Chinese food. The quality is always great. The service is quick. I like the Chicken and Vegetable meal with brown sauce or the Kung Pao chicken. (Both pictured.)

We ordered Chinese and Mexican food. The pork burrito is very well put together. No pockets of one flavor like at many other restaurants. You get every flavor in each bite. Delicious!
The fried rice is fantastic. So many other places dry out the rice while cooking, but this fried rice is so moist and flavorful! Will definitely be ordering again.
The steamed dumplings are alright. The sauce they come with is tasty, though. They'll satisfy your dumpling craving, but not do much else.
The curry chicken is SPICY. The curry flavor gets lost in the spice, but the chicken is very well prepared. All of the meat here is very well prepared, really.
Overall a great first experience, and I'm excited to go back!

Excellent mexican dishes. Had 2 different tacos and pork burrito. All of it was delicious.
Shrimp fried rice was amazing. A lot of places will give you tiny little shrimps but these were normal sized and cooked excellently. Fried rice was the house favorite tonight! Will be getting again for sure!

Will have to try more Chinese options. Steamed dumplings were okay. Not bad just not great. The dumpling sauce however was another hit. 10/10

Tried curry chicken and it smelled great but fell a little flat. It also ended up being a bit too spicy and not enough flavor to make it worth it. But everything else will make me come back to try more again

Bonus: the staff seems friendly and welcoming. Brief interactions cause of covid but I'm looking forward to coming back when it's safer

The Chinese food is delicious! Haven't tried any Mexican food yet. We've been twice so far and will definitely be back. I like how you can order online and you don't have to get your credit card out, you pay when you pick up.

Very friendly staff and speedy delivery! The food is always delicious and hot! We love their burritos and their fried rices. There was even a mistake on one order recently and they were very good to replace the item and make sure we were happy! I will keep ordering from them!!

For my first time here, I ordered the beef and broccoli w/ white rice and two Carne asada tacos. First off, The cleanliness was incredible and the atmosphere of the place had both a Mexican and Chinese feel but was also modern. The staff is friendly and the service is decently paced but worth any wait as all the food is made fresh and packaged wonderfully for delivery. To be honest, the beef and broccoli was delicious but I felt it was missing a sweet almost honey like taste but the tacos were 10/10, authentic tasting, and 100% makes me excited to try their other menu items. I recommend this place to anyone who passes by and wonders why there is a Mexican/chinese restaurant.

This place is absolutely AWESOME! They have the best chimichangas I have ever had!! Their red and green sauce is killer! I never finish my food but I just could not stop I cleaned my plate!! I did get soup next time I'll try the Chinese I'm soo looking forward 2 it!!... The taco and burrito was Great!! They are blowing Mexican restaurants in this area out of the water!

Surprisingly good food! We had our doubts at first, though we will definitely be returning. Chinese food was great! Pot stickers are amazing, and have thick dough. Sauce was good!

Had chinese food and it was a good portion size for a low price. Tacos also looked good but didn't taste them. Would be nice if there were more customers at lunch time but that also meant food was quick.

I have tried all the chinese food around dekalb and sycamore and for me this is the best place. While the others r good but this place is top notch. Delicious, the restaurant is clean and the lady that works there and the lady cook are super nice. Totally recommend this place. Haven't tried the tacos yet but will soon.

We ordered some Chinese food tonight, and it was delicious! The Sesame Chicken was great! As well as the Chicken Fried Rice and Kung Pao Chicken! Will definitely try again!

Delivery was quick, and the food was delicious! Ingredients taste so fresh, and have the perfect amount of spice. Will definitely order from this restaurant again!

The steak tacos are incredible! Good prices too. Definitely my new favorite restaurant! Love that I can get egg rolls with my tacos now.

Delicious. We order from both menus every time and it all has consistently been good. We tried it and have since been ordering about once a week. Generous, nice service. No complaints, highly recommend.

Great little restaurant. Super friendly staff. It’s been spot on 4 out of 6 times, but when off did everything they could to fix the problems. Not expensive and you get what you pay for.

My husband and I got both Mexican and Chinese. It was all yummy and my husband was really happy with his crab rangoon. We'll be back again soon!

Just ordered shrimp egg foo young and steak burrito. Everything is delicious!! Best egg foo young I've eaten since I was a child.

BEST Chinese food in Dekalb/Sycamore! Prices are great, and the food is AMAZING! Highly recommend.
