Mc Ferren Park

Came here for a tractor pull event and been here many times for the sweet corn festival. This is a nice park with plenty to do for the kids. When there's events there's even more to do. Of course, even though it was very wet, the tractor pull was enjoyable!

Nice park has a pool, splash pad ,a nice Pond for fishing ,miniature golf, a baseball field, a memorial to the veterans nice walking track

Went here for sweet corn fest and it was a blast! I had never been before so it was awesome getting to see the tractor shuck the corn and just how much was produced. Will definitely come back next year!

I haven't seen the Christmas 🎄 lights in a couple of years. We went Saturday night (12/11/21). The lights were AMAZING 🤩!
We really liked the deer jumping Arch and Santa's toy 🪀🧸 shop.

Love this park, My life has been spent around the Area and the park has always played a HUGE role in many of the activities we have Enjoyed,
From our yearly family reunions "christiansen" to the always Exciting SWEETCORN FESTIVAL!! Thanks to the city of Hoopeston & the local police this park has always been a safe place to grow up & take my own children, THANK YOU!

Their Christmas display is amazing and if you enter get that way it's a must see. You don't want to miss the synchronized light show across the street from the park either.

This park is very big. Well kept. There was base ball games tonight this park also has labor day activities. Carnival rides tonight was a baseball game.

I can’t wait to add to the pretty pond with some big beautiful waterfalls. I will start construction after the festival this fall!!!!

Very good place to fish i cought a 9.11 ib bass about 4 years ago and a 8 and a half yesterday if you like cat fishing I recommend hot dog it also catches bass but for bass I recommend top water baits

I love this park, it's great for ppl who play Pokemon go! It's got four gyms and about 10 regular stops so go givem a spin there
