I am extremely happy with my recent visit. I called around 7:45am explaining that my car was having a hard time starting and I wasn't sure the problem. Dane advised i drop off my car right away and they would fit me in to see what's wrong. They called within 30 minutes to tell me i needed a new battery and had it fixed right away. You don't see this level of customer service very often anymore so I am so happy with my visit. Thank you Anthem!

This is my regular mechanic to get my oil changed & have been going for years. The offer a full service oil change with tire rotation for only $44. You can't beat that! Their other services are quite expensive but that is expected due to being a car lot. I have always been happy with my service regardless of what I got done. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, & welcoming. The service is top notch & you will always receive top notch parts for your vehicle with warranty. They also have a great selection of vehicles for sale as well. Would recommend this place to anyone any day.

Dana and Dave knew what I wanted, my budget and they worked to make it happen. They are the best to work with. Their relaxed way of dealing with customers makes you feel like family. Devon made signing a joy, she is a bundle of sweetness. I'm always impressed with everything at Anthem and how they want your every experience from purchase to service to be comfortable and easy. Dana and Todd were friendly and easy to work with. The entire process was more like spending a few hours with old friends, rather than the typical car buying experience! We enjoyed it so much, my wife decided that rather than have the car serviced in Lafayette, she will be having all the maintenance done at Anthem.

I made an appointment for 11 am but decided to take my Car in earlier it was not an issue. I was offered a ride home but declined, after I left an hour or so later I got a call back that my Car was ready and the agent explained to me in details what I had done and what will need to be taken care of in a few weeks.
This was my fist visit to this dealership and it was a great experience!!!

Anthem provides excellent customer service. From reception, sales and service dept, I have been pleased time and time again. I have had a relationship with this dealership for a long time and look forward to working with them all for years to come.

Dana was very pleasant to work with. She is knowledgeable regarding the truck she is selling. She was very thorough in describing and showing each of the options on my truck. The sale started as an online sale and eventually we had to talk to the sales department. They were very pleasant and helpful. When visiting the dealership to pick up the vehicle, we were treated very well. In person experience was pleasant. Overall very satisfied. Would use them again but they are 450 miles from home.

We had to have body work done twice on our van that have now. I just want to say that Anthem has the best service I have seen in long time. The manager of the body repairs is a great guy very helpful . The lady in the front office was great. Best of all was the quality of workmanship they did on our van. They gave us a loaner at no cost to us and when we got our van back it was spotlessly clean . They had not only washed it they cleaned the inside as well. Next time we go looking for a new vehicle we will be going to Anthem.. Keep up the good work ...

Great place! My husband and son have purchased several cars & trucks at Anthem during the years. I also purchased my first ever car there a couple years ago. Very pleased with our sales person Dana Kuntz! Their service department is top notch also!

Every time I deal with Anthem its been a pleasurable one. The entire staff is pleasant and professional in every way. They seem to understand the value of taking care of their customers. Whether I need service or a different vehicle, I always start with Anthem!

I was there for service. Waiting room was really nice. Comfortable chair, coffee, bottled water. I did not interact with anyone in sales. Service employees were very nice. Work was completed quickly after he went over the estimate and we approved the work. I will definitely return if I am in need of service in the future. Highly recommend. Overall great experience

As always, I had superb service at Anthem Chevrolet Buick for my oil change appointment. The service staff is excellent and very helpful! They came to my workplace to pick up my car, and dropped it off as well. I can't say enough good things about everyone at Anthem, they are like family!

Tiffany was so helpful in a very stressful situation. She gave me a number for a tow truck and worked with my auto care plan flawlessly. They got my vehicle fixed in a very short time and did a great job!

We felt we were treated right. Dana was our salesperson, she was very honest with us the service department is great too. If you need a new or used vehicle we would recommend anybody to go there.

Dane and Tiffany and the whole service crew Anthem Chevrolet just does a fantastic job with my car. I thought I could tackle this job, plugs and wires and after I realize the engine was sitting sideways I knew I was out of my league they graciously put my parts on that I’ve already bought and get me right back on the road. Kudos you guys rock!
