I am a local physical therapy and had the opportunity to spend some time with Nick Perrow. He was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly cares very passionately about his patients. Although I didn't require his services directly, I would have full confidence in referring my patients to him.

I am so greatly to Darren at Hanger in Peoria, iL. Finally someone with understanding and compassion for a client and is in pain due to an adjustment that was needed to a brace for my nephew. After Hanger Clinic in Cincinnati not giving a care in the world after they were told he was hurting and needed it adjusted still didn't listen and he had to have an additional surgery because of the lack of professionalism and listening skills. Took the brace to Darren and within 45 mins my 8 yr old nephew walked out finally hopeful he can get through this.

After surgery and injury to heel, I hated being stuck in a wheelchair. Last June, I was sent to Hanger Clinic in Peoria IL.
After reviewing my medical chart, they measured me for a new hardshell boot brace that was the perfect solution for what I needed.
Clinic Manager, board eligible Prosthetist, and licensed orthotist, Rachel Laufenberg, CO knew just what needed to be done and fitted me with my new boot. Fantastic.
I can stand, pivot, walk small distances, and it took me awhile, but the boot was made so no weight is on the damaged heel area, and is in basic black, so it goes with everything.😁. It's not the prettiest thing, but I call it my " Franken boot". ( think Frankenstein monster black boot)
Who cares what it looks like, if it works, and it does.
Fantastic staff and I would recommend them to anyone who needs to be helped out with brace or prosthetic needs.

Willingness to listen, very professional, had my best interest at heart.

It has been nothing but a run around for my husband, he's been without a leg for months, 8 check sockets and everyone of them the part that works is also changed with the part that needed changed. Forced him to sign he's leaving with the final socket, knowing it wouldn't work, now three weeks into it, constant, "I'll call you tomorrow", no calls .....I mean it's been nothing but a runaround. Mentally, physically, financially exhausting and they act like they don't get it. Attitudes, talked down to, just insane. It's really sad and he's been going there for years. This is the first time in all these years he's having this kind of trouble dealing with them . If they can do what they say, call back and work with this I will gladly change this review.
