I've been here a couple of times to buy cars and both times they helped me get what I wanted. Customer service is great and if they felt like I didn't get enough for my purchase they always offered me more for no extra charge.

Had such an awesome experience with Scott Winn. He got me in the car I wanted (actually a better one!) and got my payments where I needed them. He was patient when I changed my mind a time or two, and was amazing to work with! 10/10 would recommend!

I have my F150 serviced here. They are always fast, courteous, friendly, and reasonably priced, unlike a lot of dealerships service that I know. When it comes time to buy my next vehicle, they have earned my business.

Ricky found the right truck for us and was very patient as we decided what was right for our family. 20 years ago we bought our first truck from Ricky and we came back to buy our second one. Jordan was also patient with us as we test drove different vehicles and some even twice. Neither one was pushy and gave us their honest opinion. Brad and Roy in the service department are wonderful. All around all the staff at Ford of Hoopeston is Excellent! Feels good to buy local!

They were very nice polite and helpful and didn't give me the look when I asked if they could change my tire to my spare cause I had one about to blow, they even offered to put a used one on if they had one to get me by When I explained I had no Money I didn't get the look even then the kind service desk man politely said ma'am we do it at no charge if I have one that will work for you. This was a blessing in a week full of hard times. Thank you all so very much.

When my car finally broke down and I was stuck (literally), I had my car towed to Ford of Hoopston. I went from feeling completely lost, to bring greeted with a handshake and a smile from Allen. I left with an overnight test drive and a feeling that it was going to be ok. I went back the next morning and I truly felt that Allen and Jen had my back. Buying a car when you weren't planning to do so for at least another year, is stressful. But this was probably the smoothest car purchase I've ever experienced. I drove off in no time in a 2015 Chevy Malibu with an extended warranty, at a price I was comfortable with, and a payment I feel is right for my budget. I will most definitely go back when it's time to buy again and I have not had a second thought about my last minute purchase once (which is a big deal for me). Allen truly made my stressful experience comfortable, and calmed my nerves like he'd known me for years. All on his day off!! An honest 5 star rating from me after what could have been a nightmare turned into "no big deal".
