Hoopeston Express Lube

Went in for an oil change on my van. Gentleman stated I needed a new air filter. After minutes of watching my air filter box be shifted and shaked, I asked if there was a problem. I was told I had broken clips and I know for a fact I didn't. I personally know the manager, Todd. I insistently texted him letting him know what was happening. I proceeded to leave and about 5 blocks later my check engine light came on. My husband and I both were very upset. Contacted Todd again and told him about the light. He asked me to bring it in the next day to him. Next day we take it in for him to look at and let me tell ya...He went above and beyond to fix our van. One bolt had been broken and 1 lost. The lid to the air filter was off so the engine wasn't getting the proper air flow. Todd took his time to make everything right. The service and attitude of this man was more than one could ask for. Thank you Todd for being such a hard worker and for taking the time to make everything right!

I would like to thank the gentlemen that helped assist me after another oil change place didn't put my oil filter on correctly. My truck didn't have any oil in it when I pulled into Quick Lube. The guys were very nice and extremely helpful! I would also like to thank the manager who took the time to write a letter for me to give to that oil change place explaining what had happened. I appreciate all of your help! Thank you thank you for getting me on the road so I could make it back home!

I recently visited the Hoopeston express lube a couple weeks ago and Josh was so helpful and he went the extra mile to check my car out and make sure that it was running properly before I left. Josh showed excellent customer service, hospitality, and genuinely cared about me as a customer. I have not seen this kind of service in our town for a very long time. anyone. I visited again today and not only was Josh helpful but Shane was equally as eager and helpful as Josh. Those guys are great and they really know their stuff. So glad to see such great service in our community again. Thank you Josh and Shane !!!!!

Have been here twice & the service had been pretty good. I will keep going to get oil from them.

Got me in at the last minute before they closed when I thought I had a problem with a fan belt. They told me what was really wrong and even though they couldn't fix it they did an oil change for me. I highly recommend these guys.

They were very kind and helpful, and made sure I was taken care of even though I arrived close to closing time. They did a great job! ☺
