The bank 🏦 tellers inside are sooooo friendly and kind. Everytime I walk 🚶‍♂ in the door 🚪 they greet me by my first name and ask me how I am doing today. They are very fast and know exactly what I need when u come inside. They get me rite in and rite back out to work. Great bank for businesses 👏 . There are never long lines at all whenever I go inside. I have never had one issue with them. Also there is a ATM 🏧 machine inside the door 🚪 as soon as you walk in just in case you wanna use that instead. Very clean inside and out in the parking lot. Landscaping is very pretty. They definitely care about there imagine. It shows in the kindness of the tellers, the cleanliness of the inside and outside of the bank 🏦 and that means alot to me. There is plenty of parking to park your large or small vehicles. It's easy access in and out of the parking lot onto Saginaw Rd. I love seating they provide for you to do your banking inside the bank 🏦 . I hope to continue 🙏 to keep banking with you guys for many many many more years to come. Keep up the great job, smiles and remembering people first name. That makes a person feel like family when they all know your first name when you walk in and ask you how you are doing 💯 thank you for everything you guys do for me. God bless.

The tellers are friendly and out going. They try to remember who you are always willing to help and answer questions. Love this bank and the people!!

Needs to control people roaming so cutomers feel safe.

Ive used them for years and had nothing but problems Don't trust um they tried to keep half my check saying i dont have enough money in my account to cash it went to elga and they cashed it no problem and told me they had no idea why they couldn't cash it and give me the full amount i called and asked customer support and they gave me the run around definitely done there
