My body shop contracted out to these guys for work, and the windshield they installed in my car was defective from the manufacturer. They replaced it for me quickly, and with professionalism. We took our motorhome in for an air leak around the windshield due to the trim popping up. They fixed it at a fair price and very courteous, nice people. Highly recommend them.

Love this place for windshield replacement!!! The staff is awesome and super friendly. I just had my Jeep windshield replaced and it is perfect again. Super fast service which is great 👍. Back story; about 10 yrs ago I had the windshield replaced on my 1965 G10 Panel Van and they had it in stock, how great is that 🤟 it was only $100.00 for that vehicle 🚗. Do yourself a favor and give them a call for all you glass replacements needs.

Needed to have a windshield replaced on a 1995 Camaro. The first windshield was scratched,the second windshield had problems as well. I am by no means upset because of this. They take the time needed to ensure you're getting great products. This is commendable I really appreciate this type of customer service. Keep up the great work.

Very helpful from the first time I called. They made it clear what my insurance would need from me when I called them. Easy in/out, paperwork was taken care of with my insurance company and Arnold's. I just had to bring my vehicle in.

Very efficient and helpful. Had a new windshield in my vehicle in three days, considering I showed up at closing on Friday and it was completely done at 10:00 on Monday. A great big thanks for everything you did to make sure I was able to get back on the road!!

After some product delivery issues, got the call that my mirror finally arrived. Arrived there, they changed out the old right side mirror, and had me back on the road in no time.

They came to me, and did a great job with the installation. My new windshield is great and even has top tint which I didn't have before. My mirror was also mounted to the glass very well. Thank you!

Great job! Quick service! Knowledgeable and experienced staff! I originally went to a nationally advertised glass shop because my insurance company suggested it. They could not do the job due to problems left by a previous botched replacement (a DIY by the previous vehicle owner). My rear windshield shattered from the cold, I called to make an appointment for the Spring Lake location and they set up an appointment for me for the next day. It took 1 hour to replace my windshield, great fair prices and exceptional service! Highly recommend!!

A criminal shot at somebody else and the bullet went through two windows of my truck. Yeah, I know..geez. Got 5 estimates. Arnold's was the lowest cost, had a great rating, was able to replace my glass windows 2 days out, answered the phone quickly and the nice lady was quick and polite, and the man doing the auto glass repairs did a fantastic job! I was at work and doing the job at my home he spoke to my wife and she was very pleased with the professional job he did and his manners. I like that Arnold's Auto Glass is a local service too. I would absolutley recommend Arnold's Auto Glass on sherman in Muskegon to all my family and friends. 5 STARS

Very happy with the Service, price and general experience working with Arnolds getting 3 of my vehicles windshields repaired and replaced. The Guys that came out to the house were knowledgeable and friendly and got the jobs done quickly. I will always go to Arnolds from here on out.

John at the Grand Haven location was great to work with. He quoted, ordered the glass and replaced the broken glass in my truck all within hours on a day before a holiday when i was fully expecting to have to wait for repairs. Exceptional service in my book. Thanks John.

Jennifer and Paul are awesome and always put the customer first. Did such a great job can't even see the patch in the stone chip in the windshield, which happened just minutes before going there and they did us right away. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
