Gave this location another try after a few years away. I live within a stones throw to this location and have not had courage to come back ever since a terrible experience I had on a late night run one time. Past aside, went here for lunch last week, food was fresh and staff was polite. My only complaint is that the fries were cooked too quickly, being dark golden outside but had the raw potato taste inside. Still a 5 star experience for me compared to years ago. I'll visit again soon, maybe there has been some improvements here overall since a few years back! Be aware it isn't exactly located in the best area so if it's later at night and you're not from around here, but worry about your personal safety, maybe try another location just to be safe.

Very nice crew here this evening. Professional, friendly, efficient. I know both myself and my fiancee are very pleased with our overall experience here and we'll both definitely be coming back soon and more often moving forward

Hats off to the BK on Dort Highway Flint Michigan today. While we did have to wait a short time to get 2 Whoppers and 2 value size drinks the wait was very pleasant ! They young lady at the window chose to open the window let us know that it would be a minute before we got our food and carried on a short but pleasant conversation before excusing herself to get our meal. When we opened the packaged burgers we found that they were nicely put together ! Not slapped together with condiments and vegetables all over in the place ! Everything was under the bun and Fresh !

I was pleased with the service that we received. I recieved my order in a timely manner and the crew team member served us greeted me with a genuine smile and greeting. My order was complete, the only thing I would have liked more were to have fries that were fresh up..but it's all good.

Best joint around town. My sons work third shift. At 8:30 am a request for Whopper meal was phoned in. Manager readily agreed & by the time we got over there the meals were coming out. Kid you not. Must be a BK thing. BK in New Mexico allowed a hungry traveler do the same. Love the King 👑!!!!

I hadn't visited this BK in a few years due to previous bad service and poor quality food. Was pleasantly surprised when my husband and I stopped in for breakfast. The food was well made and hot, the service was great, and the store was spotless. 10/10 would come again.

Wish I could give this an extra star. Very busy, yet the young lady working the drive thru was so friendly. Very happy with my visit

Great service and friendly staff. Do the best they can to keep vehicles moving thru with the limited staff they have. There are always a quick service or very slow, but again they work with a very limited staff but they are certainly always friendly regardless.

Everything was good and the wait was not a long wait at all my fries 🍟 and my burger was good and 🔥 hot

Food is always hot and if ask me it taste better. Always clean and they have friendly and courteous crew, ( makes all the difference in the world when I am spending my money)

The man at the counter was very helpful by letting me know the different coupons I can use I was on a really tight budget that day and still managed to eat really well

My order came put very fast and the employees were very nice even tho they are under staffed.

Fast and staff was nice. Clean place also. Has a play center for kids. Plus the food is very good. Yes they deserve the 5star

Two cheeseburger combo for $3.50 can not be beat. BK is now offering the $6 meal. Whopper meal beats the Big Mac or QP at that other place

The drive thru customer service was excellent and i enjoy cashier chrissy made my experience very enjoyable keep up the good work

Ordering was quick and easy. Food was made well and was hot.

Dining room closed...tough to understand cashier on speaker. But food was excellent

Triple whopper for $3. Very good, prompt service, app ordering is a great way to get your food fast

I go here for breakfast quite a bit and the staff do a great job and the food is fresh.
