We needed to find a home in Michigan while living out of state, under a rather short time frame. Stephanie made it happen! She was always available for questions, even while on vacation! When we wanted to see homes, but couldn’t make it to Michigan, she scheduled FaceTime tours. Really, she deserves 10 stars! She made us feel like her number one priority, although I’m sure she was juggling other clients as well. Even after the closing of our home, she continues to keep in contact and has been a great resource for discovering what this area has to offer, besides the best new home.

Stephanie is amazing! She sold our house in three days and walked us through, what seemed like an overwhelming process at first, with ease. When we were ready to begin looking for our new home, Stephanie was knowledgeable, accessible, resourceful, flexible, and had a wonderful sense of humor. She was excellent with our four kids when we were looking at potential homes. She gave them small jobs to do to "help" her and keep them occupied. She struck up conversations with them, so that my husband and I could talk about the houses. My kids grew to love "Miss Stephanie" and were so touched that she sent them gourmet cookies after our closing. She was also very resourceful with offering excellent referrals for moving companies, mortgage companies, etc. I feel like she really got to know my family and our wants and needs for our new home. I was actually kind of sad when we found our home and closed on it, knowing I would no longer see her on a regular basis. She worked very hard for us, to sell our house quickly for a fair price and to find us a house that would be a perfect fit. When working with Stephanie, I always had trust, confidence, and peace that she knew what she was doing and had our family's best interests in mind. We will definitely be using her again, if another move is ever in our future.
