Had a good experience, fixed my AC quickly and affordably. Shop down the road couldn't get me in until next Tuesday, these guys had me in and out in a couple of hours.

Started out a little rocky with the estimates jumping around and it being there overnight which wasn't planned but all said and done they worked with me and I'm very thankful for that

Nice polite quick

Went hear expecting a fair mechanic and a fair price. Was told my car would be looked at next day... four days later they tell me that it would be pointless to do the 02 sensors because I have no exhaust which I already knew and told the mechanic when I brought the car here. Then I get another call a few days later telling me I owe them a 55$ evaluation fee for the 10 minutes it took them to put the car on the lift. They also would not give me a clear estimate on the work that i wanted done I was told " well it could be 1 hour or it could be 5 hours." These people are shady and want your money I even told the guy I have two kids and work retail and he said hes got a business to run. This guy does not care about his customers or community. SCUM BAGS!

*UPDATE- found out it is illegal in the state of new hampshire to not give someone a estimate when it is valued over 100$. What these people did was illegal and I should have called the police.

I have been to this garage 3 times trying to support my local community. EVERY single time there has been an issue. They never ever get your car done when they say they will and they don't call you to tell you that it isn't going to be done.....you have to call them on a work day while you are waiting for you car so you can finally go to work. Then the lady that runs the front desk has to be argumentative when you ask why no one has at least called me. She just would not let it go....all I wanted to do was pay my bill for what work they did do and leave, but she just kept going on and on. We will not be back....I will pay anything and drive anywhere to go to another garage. Also while I was there there wasa customer i front of me that was complaining about being charger for 2 hrs of labor when they only had his car for 1 hour. So beware of Elder's Garage in Bristol, NH
