I recently contacted the office to make a claim. Chris, the office manager and sales specialist assisted me in starting the process. She was very helpful and immediately took care of my claim. Nick called me during the process to make sure everything was moving along and to answer any questions I had. It was a great experience that could have been difficult if I didn’t have their help and expertise.

Very friendly and helpful . I've been with American Family since I moved Here back in the 90's I have Life,home, and vehicle insurance bundled together. When making a claim for any accident coverage is quick ,hassle free, and convenient. It never took long for my claim to be assessed .One year Missouri had an unexpected storm and there were so many complaints from people waiting for their insurance adjuster to come out. I didn't have that problem and neither did anyone else I knew that had American Family insurance . I’ve been a client of the Fischer Agency for over 20 years! I don’t live in the St. Louis area right now, and it doesn’t matter! My son recently had a flat tire on the way home for Spring Break @ 10pm in Northern Missouri. He jumped on the app, and Roadside Assist came to the rescue. His spare was low and the provider went 10 miles down the road to fill it up properly. He ensured my son was ok and safely on the road home to us. A+++ service.
