1st Web Sales

I placed an order for batteries for a Pride scooter. Order was shipped promptly. Batteries would not hold a charge and scooter had no power. I called customer service and to my surprise I was advised that replacements would be shipped the next day with a no charge return label. New batteries are working great so far. Best cust service I have seen in a long time! I will definitely recommend them.

We recently got a Scooter, and we ordered, what we thought was the correct battery to replace the old one. Unfortunately is was not. I reached out to First Web Sales with the problem, and they were happy to allow us to return it, and refund our money. I would gladly purchase from them again.

Hay ever one u may have had problems with 1st web sales but you to know something I have had no problems what so ever with this company at all I ORDERED a battery load tester for my car on eBay it worked super good thay had my item packed vary well thay even put in the box a 100 gift card for this one on line wine company maybe who ever got there package maybe got the stolen or fedex naver delivered them becase on eBay on 1st web sales the used fedex ground or fedex home delivery thay drop fedex sevice because of this so now thay use ups ground or ups surepost that means ups drops your package off at your local post office for delivery to your home so u all better not put this company down if u don't know all the facts befor u do reviews i check out my facts then I review them thanks 1st web sales hope to deal with u again THANK you.

bought an optima off ebay it broke within the warranty time he told me to ship it back which I did then no response from him, have called ebay paypal and local police about this issue, if you are reading this STAY AWAY
shipped battery back and now he wont answer SCAMMER

I have spent so much time trying to communicate and waiting for promised paper work that I've just had it. I won't be dealing with these folks ever again. They say one thing and do the next. Too much hassle. To my way of thinking, they don't even deserve one star. More like a minus one or even less.
