Madison was so friendly and cheerful even on Black Friday after a long day! We needed to make an upgrade on our device and she handled it so smoothly for us. It’s nice to see great customer service, all the gals in this location are top-notch.

My visit to a very busy Wireless World was met with friendly, knowledgeable, engaging and fun staff which made the wait go quickly. I was a good experience and I highly recommend them for your cellular needs.

I had a very excellent help from Jamison. He was quick work , able to handle 6 people as my phone was in process to switch to new phone. He was friendly and happy and very knowledgeable. So knowledgeable that that I made sure my boyfriend got his new phone the same day. And it was fast work Jamison had did for being the only guy there.

Just got my new phone, S23 Ultra, from corporate Verizon but had to get an adapter to charge it and had a few questions. The best place to get help and buy your Verizon phones and accessories! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, they go the extra mile to help you and make sure you have what you need. They take time to explain things to their customers. You are more than just a number to them and they are very pleasant when they help you. I won’t go anywhere else for my cellular needs!!
