Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto Rooter was very professional they came to our house and Timothy explained everything that we needed to know ,he snaked our drain, told us what we needed to do and everything worked out great I couldn’t be more happier with their service and their professionalism. Timothy even called the next day to make sure that everything was running OK. I would personally recommend Roto Rooter for any plumbing service.

I had a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. After 2 hours of working the grease caked pipe line, Allen got the line freed up and flowing again!! Thanks Allen for doing a great job and staying persistent so my tenant could use her kitchen sink again! Great job!

Unfortunately we have had 2 bad basement floods this year in our finished basement. After our first experience having Roto Rooter during the Summer they were our first call the second time in happened. Jeff and his team were prompt, responsive, and a great calm during an otherwise bad time due to the flood. Both times were able to get to our house the next day and start clearing out the wet rug and demo drywall while setting up drying units. They have helped us in mitigating any mold or smell both times while lowering our cost of rebuilding. Both times offering constant communication in what is happening and our options knowing insurance was not paying the bill. I can't recommend them any higher in how helpful they were and respectful of our time and space.

I called Roto- Rooter, for my toilet, that was leaking. The customer service is excellent. I set up the appointment with ease and the Water Technician and the plumber were on time. Polite, honest and very thorough. The price was very reasonable. I would reccomend this company to family and friends, over and over again. Thank you for going above and beyond.

The guys out of Manchester, NH were fantastic. We had a plug in the sewer line about 50' after leaving the house. The technician was here right away and got it unplugged. The problem had not been noticed for a few days, so the sewage had backed up into the basement. The cleanup guys came right in the next morning and started the cleanup. Fantastic crew. 5-stars all the way.

I had a water leak 1am going into Saturday. Leo in the Manchester office promised to be at my house at 8am, he showed up early at 7:45am. Really nice guy, educated me on issue and explained everything including cost. Had everything done in a short period of time. Also offered his time if I had any follow up questions! Great service! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Pete came to my house in Dover, NH to unblock and scope a year old sewer line. He probably could have added a therapy surcharge. Such a nice guy. He definitely fixed the problem he was called for, quickly and at a good price. But more impressive was he talked me off a ledge about the broken sewer line and helped me decide how to proceed. Kind, knowledgeable, compassionate. I can not recommend Pete and Roto Rooter more highly.

Jeff came and cleaned all the water damaged sheetrock out of my basement. He found spots that didnt need removal, so the cost was less than the estimate. Sprayed with something to prevent any mold. He cleaned up and removed all the debris. Great job!

We want to thank PETER the service tech for solving our backed up sewer issue. He diagnosed where our ancient sewer line exited the house and went the extra mile to unclog our root infested line. He was a complete professional under unpleasant circumstances and took pride in doing an excellent job. Highly recommended. He's an ace!

Alan the Service Tech that came out was great! He was prompt and very friendly. Accessed our situation and was able to give us the information we needed to resolve the issue. He has been in the industry a long time and it shows in how he interacts and the knowledge base that he has. If we need service again (hoping not) I will request to have him if at all possible. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter for your needs!

Anthony Dubois and his team were excellent to work with! They did an amazing job in a short period of time.

Called on a Monday morning and they were able to get Leo out same day to our home in Nashua. The staff I spoke with on the phone were great and Leo was kind and professional. We had some issues with a pipe not draining properly and had some flooding in our basement. He fixed our problem quickly and had a great attitude. Would recommend and thank you for Leo's help!

My main drainage was blocked by roots so I needed them cleared. I called Roto Rooter and they sent Pete out to my location. He was on time, knowledgeable, caring, and willing to try many different ways of fixing my problem. When snaking the drainage pipe, the snake got stuck. The manager and the excavation technician came down to look at the situation. After a quick examination they decided to try to manually pull the snake out. That worked and saved me from having to dig up the pipe. There aren’t many companies these days where the manager will come down to the job site to get his hands dirty. Very thankful for this team and would recommend to anyone needing plumbing or drainage work.

Roto-Rooter got me in next day for a plumbing clog/drain cleaning. I received a phone call at the appointment time indicating they would be there within the hour and they were. The technicians were very knowledgeable and was able to clean everything out without issue. They gave me some suggestions of what to do in the future if we have any further issues and also advised that they can do all of it if need be.
