Brad and Chad, the technicians from Bill Trombly Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric, were fantastic. They were very professional, timely, and ensured all the work was complete. They were diligent and fully explained any questions I had. In addition, the scheduling, the Comfort Advisor (Chris King), and the overall communication was top-notch. Highly recommend!

We were extremely worried when our water heater start leaking. Brain Guilmette responded immediately to provide a solution and estimate.
Brian helped us navigate through complexity of this situation. He was very informative, knowledgeable and placed our needs first. Cheryl Bryant was able to move our appointment up 1 week earlier to get the job done
Mike and Leo arrived and did an amazing job, they treated our home as though it was there own . They placed, mats, plastic, wore shoe covering and cleaned up after the work. The installation work was the best work we have seen in a long time. We were also impressed that Scott Beaule (operations manager) came to check on the progress of the work. I was amazed that a company takes so much pride with work and customer care. Thank you team. We will refer your services.

Dave and Dylan did a phenomenal job replacing a backwater valve in my basement! They were on-time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and they finished the work faster than I expected. Everything I could want from skilled technicians. I would absolutely work with them again.

However, I was a little frustrated with their system of signing off on the work. When the technician is about to leave, you must sign a form that says that they completed the work that they came out to do. The phrasing of this does not imply that they did the work that was quoted, let me explain.

I was quoted for a job that required jack-hammering the concrete of my basement, repairing the valve, and resealing the concrete (Original quote of $2000, an excellent price). Thankfully, Dave and Dylan realized they could complete the job without the jackhammer! This allowed them to finish the job much faster than anticipated, without making a ton of noise, and without destroying my floor; an excellent outcome! But, I was still charged the $2000 at the end. This to me says that the original technician who provided the quote grossly misjudged the job (and it's probably my fault for not shopping around for other opinions) and I was left to foot a bill that didn't reflect the work that was actually done.

To the company's credit, the front office later called, and refunded the money and charged me $1000 instead, which I appreciate immensely. They very much care about doing right by the customer, but I don't love that their system requires intervention from their main office to give a reasonable price.

Mike and Zach did an excellent job with my electrical needs. I would highly recommend the company and these two individuals they worked as a team! I will definitely use them again.

Zach was amazing. He took care of the electrical issues caused by previous flooding. He was fast, professional, knowledgeable, and a very nice young man. We are very pleased with his work. He gave us tips and advised us on some other issues we may wish to consider in the future but with no pressure.

The Trombly team did an outstanding job installing a 5-head/1-condensor Daikin mini split system at my home. Not only are they outright professionals, but they are also very kind individuals. The way in which they cleverly planned and executed the lines via the attic made for minimal covered lines on the exterior; and those on the exterior ran parallel straight down a corner gutter drain, directly to the one outside unit parked out back. Brilliant! Nobody can beat the Daikin 12 yr warranty... I highly recommend Trombly and the Daikin product they sell. These units do a great job heating!

I’ve called Bill Trombly for electrical and heating system repairs in the past and always had a great experience. When I found issues with clogged drains and leaky pipes in our kitchen and basement, they were my first call. Jake and Dave arrived right on time and did excellent work! They were professional, friendly, and made quick work of several jobs around the house. I’ll certainly be using Bill Trombly for all kinds of home issues in the future, thanks guys!

Company provided updates via text and email on arrival- arrived in the window and fixed the problem. Dave was helpful, nice and explained things. My only comment is not about Dave but with your business model. Wish you didn’t charge a customer two $115 fees to arrive due to two different people doing work since you separate your services, I believe one charge should be waived if I am giving you business for two items. What I needed done was simple and believe one visit was needed. The first guy tried to fix the second issue to save the second visit but couldn’t.

Stellar from start to finish. Brian with the consult answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns, even a couple that I wasn't aware of. Brendan and Cole did a perfect install, and fully explained the new system and its operation. Electrical (sorry don't remember his name) also beautiful, and professional work. And to top it all off, Bills prices were better than 90% of the others I checked with. Would recommend to anyone, and everyone.

I called at 8 AM and the service Tech was at my door at 11 AM. Unbelievable. I thought I would have to wait for days to get my heater fixed. The Tech came in and repaired my Direct Vent heater set me up for a yearly service plan and left. This is just one of many times I have called Trombly for help and they were there every time. Thank you very much. More companies should run this smooth and efficient. Always caring for the customer. You tried the rest now try the best, Bill Trombly is the best !!!.

Dave was very thorough and explained what the problem was. He showed me what caused the issue and why it happened. After he replaced the pump he showed me what to look for if something should go wrong. I will definitely recommend this company if you need any of the services they offer!!

Response time was excellent. Phone was answered almost before it rang, and the person who answered the phone was very professional, and very friendly. She scheduled me for service as soon as possible, which turned out to be much quicker than I had expected. Service tech was at me house sooner than I had hoped. David responded to the call and was professional as always, very nice, very thorough and took care of all the problems, which was a great relief for me. David is an excellent example of what we all hope for in a service employee when we invite them into our homes. Thank you very much.

The Trombly team kept me informed on the status of the tech that was scheduled to perform the yearly maintenance on our system. He was running late duec to the previous job. He checked our system and found it in good running order. They have a great team.

I've used Bill Trombley Plumbing for a few calls now, and they do top-notch work. They arrive within the given timeframe, explain the job and present a cost estimate, and then get to work! The office, management, and communication great, and easy to connect with and helpful in understanding the problem. The plumbers I've had visit were very friendly and personable, and will not try to oversell you. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs, and I will consider them for any other services they provide whenever next I need a repairman or work done. Thanks, guys!

I had a very good experience with Bill Trombly plumbing. I had both Jake and Dave in this morning to fix my finicky toilet. They answered all my questions and got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Both guys were both professional and friendly.
My only question is when looking at the invoice that was e-mailed to me, it says I "could of" saved $19.00 today. Ask your tech. By the time the invoice is mailed to you the techs are gone. Maybe they should say something while they are still at peoples houses.

Early on a Tues morning, found I had a sewer backup, fun! Called Rotorooter and Bill Trombly. Trombly already had a crew in the area, so they made it within an hour! It was a two man crew, Dave and Dylan. They quickly got the pipe to flow with one of the rotating snake heads, and then did it again 3 times with different cutter to make sure it was cleared! It was 80' down the line towards the street, and they were at it for the good part of 3 hours, that and doing a TV inspection. Great crew and thorough. Also a little less expensive than RR who I had for a different drain line, same issue about 5 years back. They will be my first call if this happens again. I'm using a root inhibitor now, so hope I don't need to call them! Thanks Dave and Dylan!
