My dad passed recently and these guys did a terrific job. They made it so we could focus on our grief instead of being distracted with funeral planning. They took care at everything and were extremely professional in doing so which is extremely important when it's a delicate matter like the death of a loved one. I would 100% recommend this place.

It was such a relief at a difficult time to have the staff and managers at Nelson Funeral Home take care of the important details that made my Mother's funeral go so smoothly. The chapel was clean, lended itself to easy decoration with our pick of flowers and memorabilia and it was just the right size for our family and friends. Nelson Funeral Home is professional and yet kind in your time of need of their services. Over the years, our family has used them for my maternal grandparents, my mother, and most recently, my father. They take the time to step through the funeral process and their services, beginning to end. They also make themselves available to answer any questions that you may have about the process, costs, and services, very comforting in your time of grief. They are very experienced at what they do, making the situation less stressful for the family.

My younger brother had made pre-arrangements with Nelson Funeral Home while living in Idaho. He moved to California where he passed away. We had not known before his death that he had made arrangements. We knew we would not have access to his resources so we attempted to develop a plan to bring his body back. In talking with some cousins we were told he did have a plan with Nelson Funeral Home - one call and that did it all. They went the extra mile in every situation, doing things that weren't even in my brother's contract. Our only expense was the headstone. Thank you very much Nelson Funeral Home for your wonderful service, we sincerely appreciate it.

The staff were very helpful especially trying to coordinate a funeral that could be broadcast virtually in times of the pandemic. Their expertise really helped to keep track of the many details most of us are not aware of during the time of our loss and grief.
