Quality Inn & Suites Goldendale

Giving rooms only 4 stars because it was a double queen room with only one chair! Also only one bed side table. Curtain was ragged with holes. However room was immaculate. Staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful, accommodating and makes the stay so enjoyable! The breakfast lady is fabulous and such a dear. Location is excellent. Pool is clean and refreshing. We love staying here! .... just wish there were 2 chairs in the room. ... also, I will never book with 3rd party again. Book directly with the hotel like we usually do. Extra expense and no refund even in emergency, plus room requests apparently not offered or recognized from the 3rd party vendor. Using 3rd party vendor, a big no, no from us in the future.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and most important of all, the breakfast was delicious!

Rooms haveb been spotless everytime I've stayed. The furniture is a little out dated and toilet is honestly way low to the ground. But it's clean, comfortable and pool is clean. Will always stay a each time in goldendale. Staff is amazing and professional everytime. Would recommend to everyone over any other place to choose from.

We got in really late at night, and all of us were super tired, but check in was quick and easy. The guy was really nice as well. The room was wonderfully cleaned with neatly made beds. The beds were extremely comfortable and I got a full night's sleep, which is rare for me. The breakfast in the morning was also good. Overall, it was an amazing place to spend the night and I would definitely recommend it.

I made a reservation two days before our stay, but set the wrong date and checked out. Woops, non-refundable. So I called and the friendly staff simply switched my dates for me. When we arrived for our stay we were greeted kindly, and the clerk helped us figure out where to eat. The rooms are good for the price. They are what you'd expect, not bad, but not lavish, and the entire process has been stress free.

I wasn't expecting much. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere and I was glad to have a clean room and a nice room for where we are

A conveniently located hotel just off the highway and close to most of the more popular restaurants in the area. Clean, quiet , we found we were able to sleep comfortably. A hair dryer, clean coffee pot are provided, easy parking. Check in and check out went smoothly with virtually no delay. There is a breakfast included, but we did not take advantage of it, preferring a nearby fast food establishment.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, efficient check in, and fair price. No issues with the room. Had a good sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, and sink. Cold and well working air conditioning. Shower has good water pressure. Bed is comfortable. It’s not a 5 star hotel but everything works well. Would come again if when in the area.

Best hotel in the area! sure it's a little dated and the choices for TV channels is a bit limited but given the area it's too be expected. Staff was friendly and the room was clean! All in all would stay here next time I am in town!

I like the hotel the rooms are big and they have breakfast in the morning. Mc donald is next to this hotel please becarefore theres a lot of flys in there they have like infestetion or something and else theres a gas station next to mcdonalds.

Rooms immaculate, but need more than one chair in a room for more than one person !!!! Staff accommodating and excellent. Pool clean and refreshing. Location excellent.

Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. Everything worked. Plenty warm water although water pressure could be better. There was extra pillow & blanket in the closet.
The gal at check-in was very friendly and held a perfect amount of conversation finding a relatable point.
The view from the room is mixed: beautiful mountains and RVs below.
Convenient location, right off 97 next to gas and restaurants.
Breakfast were to-go bags with snacks and cute/inspiring messages.

Writing this to acknowledge there staff. Especially the young lady on there swing shift front desk. She was awesome! Something about a small town with feral cats in the parking lot. That gets me everytime.

Met all our our expectations. Not really fancy but a good place to crash after you do the observatory. It has a little pool too.

Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms and I loved the pool. I enjoyed McDonald's next door too, will stay again

Quality Inn is located right off Highway 97. The room was huge and clean. Check in was quick and easy. The associate was very friendly. The pool was closed.
Next door and across the street were a Mexican restaurant, Papa John pizza and Goldendale Coffee. We were furnished a goody bag that has water, an orange, fruit roll up, nutrigrain bar and a chocolate muffin.

This place was exceptional from start to finish. I am about a month late writing my review. My room was clean and fresh, the staff kind and courteous. But the best part is a couple of weeks after I left I realized I might have left a necklace in the room. I called and they followed up, looking in their lost and found asking around and they found it. The necklace had no monetary value but a lot of sentimental value. They mailed it to me! They also included a bandana and hair binder I left......Now that is service! Thanks you to the ladies that made this happen!

Everything was great! Room was clean and spotless, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the staff/front desk helpful and friendly, and the breakfast
had a good selection and clean and tidy. Just overall very pleased! Oh, and the price was very reasonable too!

Room was clean... had someone from out if town stay here and they were amazing at hospitality and didn't complain about my family coming to visit very appreciative of the staff
