Embassy Laundromat - "Cleanest Laundromat in Town"

*Important Note: Card operated, not coin operated. There are at least two stations to get and refill a store-specific card to use on all machines.

This place is fantastic! Definitely lives up to the name of the Cleanest Laundromat. There are different washer and dryer sizes for anything you can think of. Bulky blankets to socks… there’s a machine for all. It’s often busy, so you may have to wait for a machine but due to the number of machines available, you’re not waiting long. Staff kept to themselves but quickly helped anyone who needed assistance. There’s even a small play area for kids. Will definitely continue to come here for my laundry needs.

Smaller Note - Not the best area in Manchester, just be smart and lock your doors. Parking lot is brightly lit.

Up and coming Laundromat with new staff. Place is clean and upkeep is finally great again. Definitely reasonable prices in my opinion. Wash, dry, an fold service available. Sales price I believe is .99 cents a pound with a small minimum weight requirement. If you use that service and fill out a ticket for there laundry drawing you could win a free month of service. If it wasn't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all! Can you believe first service right out of the gate my name was drawn an I actually won, lol. Good luck to you all and God Bless...

Our washer died, so I went to Embassy. Yvonne, the attendant, was very helpful. The place was very clean. That's a huge "plus"!

I went in on a Saturday night and could not have been more impressed with the the staff member working. Her name was Stephanie W. It was clear that she takes pride in her work. I have never had a better experience with an associate of at laundry mat. The place was clean and the machinnes were well maintained. From the one experience I had at this place with the employee Stephanie W. I would surely recommend this place. I hope the owners recognize the hard work of Stephanie W.

Edit: I had previously had a bad experience here and was appreciative of the immediate response from the owner. I went back the following weekend, and actually used the fluff and fold service for the first time. I really like the ladies who work on the weekend and appreciate how hard they work to keep the laundromat clean and make sure that everyone is receiving wonderful service. I will absolutely be coming back and using the fluff and fold service again, they were able to get my laundry done even though they had a lot of orders that day and my laundry was impeccably folded and smelled amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for laundry service or looking for a clean place to do their laundry at a reasonable price.

I was very pleased with the service provided. Belia was obviously very busy working hard, but she stopped what she was doing to help me figure out what machines to use for each of my loads, and answered my questions, and even let me use her charger to recharge my bluetooth headset. She was very friendly and helpful. Customer service was second to none, and the place was clean. Prices are reasonable.

Update: The last time I washed laundry here was a Sunday, and Stephanie was working hard keeping the place spotless and providing excellent customer service. Today I came in around 5:30pm, and the place was not as clean as I had come to expect from this place. The couple working there were friendly, polite and helpful, but seemed preoccupied with other things when they weren't helping customers. Soon after Stephanie arrived, she started cleaning vigorously nonstop, and was still cleaning when I was finished doing my laundry.

Amazing staff, so friendly! I always drop and have them wash and fold for me. It's always done in a timely manner and I have two dogs that shed a lot and they always get the fur out of everything I bring them! I highly recommend this place to drop laundry or just to do laundry there! Love it here.

They bill themselves as"The Cleanest" and it really is! I have my own laundry set but needed to do comforters and pillows, which are too bulky for home machines. Have tried two other laundromats previously and was disappointed both times, so I was VERY pleased by the quality of the machines, the helpful staff, and of course, that the place is IMMACULATE. Strongly recommend!

Went there today to do laundry because my apartments washers and dryers are STILL broken..Stephanie was OUTSTANDING. She helped me choose which machines to use based on the stuff I brought in, she didnt sit down ONCE, she was sanitizing every washer after it had been used. Sweeping, vacuuming and checking in with EVERYONE to make sure they had what they needed. She is truly amazing!!

Definitely better than any other laundry facility that I've ever walked into. Bird Bath on Beech and Lake Ave seems to be an inviting place for the homeless and drug addicts since I've gone in to find needles on the bathroom floor. As for the laundromat on Lake Avenue and Union Street, they offer free dryers, but I ended up paying.

I just moved into my new apartment that has no in laundry unit which is something I’ve been use to always having. I work at the gas station next door and out of convenience decided on just doing my laundry next door. I haven’t had to go to a laundry Matt in years so when I first arrived to the laundry Matt I was very confused and lost. I walked up to an older short haired lady who was cleaning and asked for her help. She stopped what she was doing immediately to help me and went above and beyond the explain how everything worked and how to use the laundry Matt card because I clearly didn’t know how to. This laundry matt isn’t the closest to my new apartment but I’ll definitely be making it my go to weekly laundry Matt.

So clean! First time. The lady who works there is wonderfully amazing. So friendly and I have to mention clean again. Literally next to a store so it was convient to get change but she already had that also. Highly recommend.

Definitely the cleanest laundromat I’ve been to in Manchester. You don’t need quarters, they have a credit card machine on each washer/dryer which I really appreciated.

It was very clean. The attendant was very sweet n helpful. We don't have this kind of service in Florida. Will b back during my 3 month stay.

Clean facility, friendly staff. Dropped off clothing to be washed and the next day its folded, hung and delivered on time. Great job! WiFi and convenience store attached.

Great staff and new dryers and washers. The floor is always a little dirty but it is a laundromat in a crowded section of Manchester. They do there best.
