Needed help finding a much stronger adhesive for my dash cam to stick to my windshield. Young man was very knowledgeable n helpful including giving me a few suggestions on what to do

I needed some help with attaching a new bathroom faucet to the existing drain. It was 50 year old construction so it was not done to today's standards. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful in designing a creative solution for the connection.

Way better than home Depot or other big box hardware stores. Pricing is fair.
Miles are very wide and clean.
Plenty of knowledgeable staff to assist you with you every need .. Not like it other large stores where you have to chase around representatives and they don't know anything about what you're doing.
Hours are great, parking is easy and you never have any issues with customer service nor do you have to wait very long for the always very friendly staff to assist.

I shop Valu as often as possible as opposed to the bigger home improvement stores. Recently, I made a large special order purchase. Every employee was kind and patient and caring. Jake the assistant manager was enthusiastic, helpful and just over all a great person to deal with. When I went there to pick up my order, I was greeted by first name with smiles by several employees. It was a great experience overall. I highly recommend supporting this business! Overall just great on every level of customer service!

Great little hardware store, well stocked. The staff are courteous and really helpful. I've been coming here for 20 years. The store is just right in the case of emergency repairs. Small enough to find things quickly, with essentials for plumbing, electrical, lawn care, painting etc. I recently needed an unusually fuse that is required for my heating system, a staff member found the item and I was on my way in ten minutes.

Everytime that I go into Value; I'm always greeted. Plus this store is ALWAYS clean. I love the customer service. The store that I'm talking about is on Rossler. If I could have given you more stars, I would have. Y'all keep up the good work.

I love the small store atmosphere. It's great to be able to get help from knowledgeable staff when you need it as opposed to running around like a chicken with your head cut off at the big box stores. Great job Valu!

Very pleasant. So nice to be greeted at the door. Even better to have someone always asking if they can be of any help. Nice to have a few great choices rather than a myriad of mediocre mixed in among the winners at the big stores. I know I need the exercise, but going to the big box places and running five isles just to locate a person not too busy is not the fun way to do it. Most know far less than they should. I almost inevitably wind up teaching the "associate" when all I really want to do is locate and leave!
So a big YES for VALU HOME CENTERS.

I would come to this location and shop before going to ANY Home Depot... Everyone who works here is so helpful and friendly...Always honest and always going the extra mile to help. Love this place. I was immediately greeted by multiple employees and asked if I needed assistance. The employee who helped me knew exactly what I needed and where it was. The cashier was very friendly. I was overall incredibly pleased and left the store satisfied and accomplished. Wonderful experience.
