This restaurant is worth stopping at for breakfast lunch or dinner. Wonderful staff that take the time to cook a hearty meal. Need to be patient because the food is cooked fresh and delicious. Had the breakfast burritos and beans/ rice.

Friendly staff and family owned. Great mix of flavorful Mexican food. I had the Picadillo with rice and beans and it was the best flavor. Residing from Central Texas, this is definitely a different but enjoyable experience! Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Nice restaurant. A little hard to find, but worth the effort. Wife and I had standard breakfast. Great home made flour tortillas, and excellent home made hot sauce. Service was prompt and friendly. We will be back when we are back in town

Excellent New Mexican Mexican food prepared fresh from home recipes. I think it ranks among the best restaurants in the state. Food isn't fast, but worth the wait. They want you to be happy with your meal. Always got a fabulous plate!

Had the smothered burrito and was amazing. I have dined in the past and very friendly staff. The wait might take a while after ordering but from what I know everything is freshly made and will not be disappointed

Traditional Mexican food. You'll drive right past it if you're not paying attention. If you like really hot food this is the place to be. The service was great. No wait for my order. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Worth the drive every time.

Awesome little hole-in-the-wall that hundreds of people walk by every day (before covid). I've eaten there many times and not had a disappointing meal their jalapeno poppers absolutely amazing I must order every time.

This place is spectacular, everything is fresh and true. Salsa, tortillas, beans, rice, the things that come with your meal, are all exceptional. This is not a fast food place, be prepared to wait for your meal.

The real deal! Excellent, authentic, tastes like home cooking to me. Friendly, prompt waitress, food in a timely manner. Very large portions, and the price us right! Artesia, take notice!

2nd time I’ve been here for breakfast and it was just as good as the first time. Everything was fresh and delicious. If you’re looking for some great authentic Mexican food and find yourself in Artesia this is a must try.
