Honestly, it took me 2 months to get a call back about the potential of accepting a new client. I called a minimum of 4 times to touch base and each time it was "I'll be sure you get a call back today or tomorrow". That just doesn't work for me. As a small business, when I ask a question it's with reason and I need an answer much faster than 2 months. I went with someone else.

Paid $1.8k for one year of bookkeeping, got nothing but avoidance. You will not be a priority unless you’re paying enough to get her attention. Greedy, irresponsible, no accountability. Absolutely cannot recommend.
