This is a country restaurant type feeling, the food is consistently good and their salad bar is outstanding. The salad bar is VERY fresh and immaculately kept, tons of variety, always a soup and fresh bread as well. You will be impressed for the reasonable cost, it is worth the drive. Last but not least, Wednesday they usually have a prime rib special that is a true value!

Great food and salad bar. Have never had a bad meal or service. Specials are good but the Schnitzel is always incredible!!! Don’t sleep on the pumpernickel bread!! It has great flavor and adds to any meal. TY for all the great meals and memories.

Delicious meal with friends and family. Highly recommend! I had the Broiled shrimp and scallops Casino and it was a little slice of seafood heaven. Others had Chicken French, Chicken wings, Chicken Parm and a Rack of Ribs. Also recommend the Barley soup

Had an amazing prime rib!!! The staff was super friendly and I ate the entire prime rib despite the giant size purely because of how tender and delicious it was. Will definitely be back! Also the house dressing at the salad bar was the best I have ever had.

We were seated quickly, 4 people, and the staff was outstanding. Food was excellent and I will definitely return in the future. I have ordered the chicken marsala at various restaurants. This was hands down the best.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon after visiting Sodus point. decided to order the prime rib, even though my wife and I were only going to get the salad bar. it was absolutely fabulous. One of very few restaurants that can blacken meat the way I like it. cheers to Bonnie for telling me to get it

This visit gets 5 stars. We ate well. Prime rib and Pasta with shrimp and chicken. All tender. Nice company good drinks

First time visit. While the decor is a bit dated, I actually found it nostalgic. However, the German menu items are very authentic and worth the trip. Regular menu items are done well also, and prices are very reasonable.

Haven’t been here in years and so glad to see things haven’t changed much. Still great food and lovely staff. Thank you for a great birthday dinner.

Food was very good, waitress was really good. Very cozy. Will be back. King cut ribeye was delicious. Veal was tender also.

My girlfriend and I stopped randomly at this restaurant because I wanted to show her German food since I am born and raised in Germany. I was surprised by how authentic the food was. I personally think that especially the Bratwurst and Sauerkraut would compare extremely well to its German competition and might be outstanding. (Sauerkraut was better than my grandma’s)

We were early but did not have reservations which they seem to require. By the time we left I understand why, the restaurant and bar was packed. I had never ordered their sauerbraten before so our waitress, Bonnie, brought me a sample, which was excellent. My husband had their regular size prime rib and was not able to finish it. He said it was one of best he's ever had . The salad bar had a large variety and everything was fresh and very appealing . Service was excellent. We will be back, with reservations!

What a great place. And a fantastic salad bar. And great food in the best staff around.

A throw back in time. Loved the prime rib. And who ever heard of pork and sauerkraut soup? Great stuff. We'll be back soon.

We had a wonderful Prime Rib dinner. It was delicious and the staff was top notch.

Our first visit. We had sauerbraten. Excellent salad bar. Very good drinks. It was very good. Very attentive wait staff. We will be back.

Love the place and the food. They need to update the decor.
