Leigh is just the most kind hearted Vet I know. She loves animals and is devoted to your pet's well being. She answers the phone in the middle of the night when there is an emergency. Very reasonable pricing for her services. Decades of experience! I Highly recommend her for your beloved pet's needs!!

Very polite staff and the doctor is very nice and answers any questions I have regarding my cat. This is the second cat I’ve brought to them. They were very good with our first cat right up until the end of her life when we had to put her down. They even sent us a sympathy card for that cat. Very touching and thoughtful. I know our experience bringing our new kitten here will be just as good. Our new kitty loves the attention and the treats when he comes in for his routine visits.

This is a rare veterinary clinic! My dog hurt his foot - wouldn't put it down at all. My local clinic couldn't get him in for two weeks, but Dr Semilov got him in that afternoon. I have even called her at home after hours. I have found her to be caring,

I'm not sure why I see so many bad reviews of Dr Semilov! I find her to be a VERY compassionate person who actually came into the office on her day off to take of our very sick Cat! Extremely sympathetic as a great Vet should be! My only issue is that it seems like they book 2 appts for the same time! I've never been able to be seen at my scheduled time! I get the same excuse every single appt, "The Dr is behind schedule today" The staff has always been exceptional at explaining the reasons why she may be running late except for a couple days ago! Once again I was waiting for 25 mins past my appt time and when I brought it up, the young lady at the front desk didn't bother looking at me and just said "uh huh". It seemed like she took it personal which of course it wasn't! I've never seen her there before so I'm assuming she's new. I hope they see this review and fix that problem! I'm still giving them 5 stars because the rest of the staff including the DR. are awesome! If I could I'd give them 4.5 stars! Just because of that young lady at the front desk!

Took dog who was bleeding right front paw. Met with Veterinary Assistant who took us to treatment room. Her calm demeanor was such as to make the dog and myself less apprehensive. Was allowed to be with dog at all times which we appreciated. Vet arrived, diagnosed the injury, indicated the course of treatment. We checked out and returned home. Mega props to the staff. They handled what I perceived as an emergency with aplomb. Many thanks.

I took my dog there once. He was treated well unfortunately he passed before his next check up. Later on that week after I notified them of his passing I received a card signed by each member of the staff with condolences that meant a lot.

There is a post on here under my name. This was not posted by me. I have had no issues at all the times I have taken my dogs here.
The staff has always been very caring with my dogs, especially our latest rescue.

We came to you in need of a second opinion on surgery for our beloved 12 yr old dog. We wanted an honest option on what was BEST for our little boy and not trying to sell us a surgery we couldn't really afford.
We're so greatfull for your love and honesty, we hope to make you our new vet !

Fantastic! Forever grateful! They saved my dog's life when all but the VES in Rochester were too booked to do an emergency spay due to infection. Our dog had about a day left to live and they were the ONLY vet to make the time for her! Saved us over $4000 that VES would have charged for same service. All staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful too!

I've never had a bad experience with the staff or service at the Williamson animal hospital. They provide services for all kinds of animals and even some exotic ones like ferrets and certain species of birds. They charge a small fee each visit but they remain one of the cheapest places around for proper vet care and pet maintenance and emergency veterinarian services.

Have been coming here over the years for everything from dogs and cats to most recently a rabbit and I've consistently been impressed and satisfied by both their knowledge and professionalism. I feel like my animals are in trusted hands when they are seen here and the staff are always friendly and accommodating.

I've taken my dog here a couple times and they are great! Quick and easy visits. Reasonable pricing. Conveniently on Route 104. Gps will bring you to the wrong area. It's out and back around the corner on 104.

First time visitor. My 10 year old German shepherd Sammy was a little nervous. But it was good for him to get a ride in the truck. He has new shampoo and some medicine. Thanks again Shawn Savage and Sammy

Over the years, we have taken four dogs and 13 cats to this vet, plus the kittens we have rescued and rehomed. We have utilized the home visits, we have taken them in to the office. The staff is professional, polite (downright friendly) and the vets and technicians are very knowledgeable and compassionate. When the inevitable happens with our old animals, they send condolence cards signed personally by the staff. Followed this vet from the old clinic in Sodus near Cherry Lanes and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I believe Dr. Semilof is the only vet in Wayne County who offers home visits and the cost is not much more than a regular office visit plus gas. She treated my lab mix with tender care and helped give him another good year without pain before his death. She was so knowledgeable & compassionate right to the end!
More recently she helped our little five pound Chihuahua recover from an incredibly bad accident that caused the equivalent of second and third degree burns on all four legs and her sternum. I was afraid she would never be able to walk again as even her paw pads wrte gone. In just under three weeks, she is up and moving! Praise God, Dr. Semilof and her wonderful staff for their immediate and ongoing compassionate care.
The initial care to clean the wounds required meticulous care and took several hours and she followed up with debridement and stiches at least four times all for significantly less than we expected considering she had to put my baby under for every visit. While she was under for debridement one visit Dr. Semilof even cleaned her teeth and afterward gave her a rabies shot saving us a significant additional expense at a later date.
Our little dog is a miracle and we are so thankful to Dr Semilof and her staff for the excellent care she gave our big boy and little girl. We recommend her to everyone!
Thank you Dr Semilof and staff!
