Update: I was frankly frightened when I knew Phil was selling out but Michelle, Jeff and their son are doing a great job. Plumbing emergencies- no sweat. Hardware items- increasing inventory. Why would anyone drive to Webster when we have a great service right here? Local business needs community support particularly when they deserve it. And they do.

Never thought to write a review because, well, I go there weekly and it is just always there. This is a staple of the community and the type of business that is an essential to the local economy.

Very helpful team who go the extra mile to help. Prices a bit more than the big boxes but there are staff to find what you need instantly and the price of gas to save a few pennies or bucks is not worth driving to Webster or further.

The plumbing business is top notch as a bonus.

This is great place to get plumbing advice and all around service! There is nothing better than being able to run right down the street to get what you need instead of running to Webster. The other plus is that you are keeping your money out of the big box stores and helping to support a local business that has way better customer service!

Been going here for years. Cannot beat the convenience of the store. Always friendly knowledgeable, professional service. Very grateful to have this store in our area. Cannot recall a time they didn’t have what I needed. Now under new ownership, I’d say the same, maybe even a little better. Thank you C H.

They came in to repair the hot water tank and did the toilet repair too.i would only call them for any plumbing I needed. High quality work and did not try to sell me anything other than what needed for the repairs. Thank you is not enough to say to the 2 gentlemen that came out.

Outstanding service! They have fixed several problems for us recently--fixed a frozen pipe, added a water spigot, added shut off valves on toilets, repaired main shut off valve!
