First off the reason why I chose Emerich again was because of how fast they fixed two of my generators over a year ago and still no problems. I was in Home Depot and curious about ride on mowers and not only could I not get help I was misinformed by many of the employees. Decided to contact Emerich and their sales department was extremely helpful, knowledge and honest. Helped me choose a great mower, answered all my questions about maintenance and operations as well as made all aspects of financing clear with no games. Then I was shocked they actually had the mower in stock . Could not be happier with my cub cadet 42inch...

If you don't go here and support a local business you need to ask yourself why!

Great place, I bought a cub cadet lt46 EFI FAB 2017 RIDING MOWER, I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT IN 6 YEARS, I DID REPLACE THE COIL THIS YEAR BUT NO OTHER PRBLEMS!!

I work with commercial equipment we always bring it to them when they break down. They fix everything lawnmowers, weedwackers, leaf blowers. You do not need to own a commercial company to bring your equipment here. I would give them more stars if I could.

I purchased a Toro snowblower and had some issues with the chute. In a matter of hours, there had someone at my house to pick it up and get it fixed. Then, to my amazement, they had it back to me the same day. all fixed. I would recommend Emerich Sales to anyone. John Reid, their sales guy did a great job as well as the young man, Chris who picked it up. Very good company

I was very pleased the way the sale came together. Dave handled my purchase very well and I was completely satisfied. We went out to my new tractor and explained all of the operating features. Dave is asset to your company and would highly recommend him to handle any of my future purchases.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Emerich. I purchased a rear remote kit for my kubota bx1870 tractor. The sales department was great to talk to and answered all my questions. The price for the part was very competitive and beat any online price i could find. I also needed a rear tire fixed. The service department was able to fix my rear tire rather then replace it saving me a lot of money. They also installed the rear remote kit for me at a price so low that there was no way i was going to attempt to do it myself. The work looked great and was done in the time frame they said it would be.

Walked into a friendly atmosphere. Worked with Dave R. Listened to what I needed (wanted). He took me thru a few options without trying to sway me in any direction which had happened to me before at a different business and made a bad choice. Very happy ! (So far !)

I went there looking for a part I believed I needed for a snow blower. 3 employees took time with me, and took pity on me when they explained the part doesn’t exist and told me what I needed to do to fix the problem. Never charged me a dime. 10/10 would make the trip out to use their services.

Nothing but a good experience. I bought my lawn tractor from there so my info was ready for them and took maybe 5 minutes max start to finish getting my oil, filter, and grease.

Our entire experience from the time we enter the Charlton store to when we left was very professional, informative and pleasant. We did not feel high pressured into buying one machine over the next. At the end we purchased a Cub Cadet snow blower and have been very happy. It is so easy to maneuver and handle. I would highly recommend Emerich Sales and service and actually have done so.

I recently purchased a Kubota UTV from Emerich Sales. With recent supply shortages we shopped around at several different outdoor sports stores in the region but none of them could deliver and they all gave us a run-around except for Emerich’s. With Emerich’s it was never a question, they said yes we can help you right from the first point of contact. The entire process was easy with open and easy communication via text message and phone calls but only if necessary. They are extremely responsive to text message. Emerich’s took special care to make sure the vehicle I purchased was a good match for my specific needs and they completed a thorough machine walkthrough before delivering the machine to be sure that we understood the strengths and weaknesses of the unit we purchased in relation to our specific needs for our property. Safety was a key focus of this walkthrough. Emerich’s delivered on every promise including lead time and pricing, they even gave us our extra parts that were left over due to some options we purchased. After this experience I would not go anywhere else for my outdoor power equipment sales or service needs. They even moved up delivery date for us due to the potential snow storm next week.

As far as negatives from the experience,
nothing comes to mind.

KW listened to our needs, and helped us find a solution that met those needs without trying to upsell us on extras that we don’t need or would never use. We also really appreciated that KW treated my wife as an equal. Too frequently in these setting do folks tend to treat her as “little woman who can’t do anything”, but KW showed her just as much respect as he did me.

So nice to have this shop so close to home! I have purchased 3 items from Emerichs in Charlton over the span of 3 years (wood splitter, zero turn, and weed whacker). My experiences there have always been positive and everyone is quite attentive. I have dealt with KW for all of my purchases and he has been fantastic to deal with, Friendly, laid back, and professional! They have always taken the time to go over the equipment with me before I take it home. Another thing I like is that you can browse the machinery for sale in the yard without a salesman following you around. I always like looking around myself first and then going to a salesman for questions when I’m ready. Anyway, I will continue to do my business with Emerichs! Good job guys!

The sales man KW was super helpful and talked me through buying a chainsaw. He didn't try and over sell me and even said if I wanted something a little less beefy they had a smaller model. Very honest. He talked me through the service plan echo has with their saws and said if I have any issues feel free to come back in and they'll help me out. He talked me through servicing and operating the saw. Overall it was a great experience and an easy buy. The first fill of gas and bar oil is on them and they fire the equipment up and test it for you to make sure there are no issues!

I purchased a brand new loader/backhoe and other related accessories from these people several years ago.
While their prices are far from the cheapest, they more than make up for it with their extremely friendly and helpful attitude.
They have a huge inventory of new and used farm and construction equipment in stock, from what I remember.
They also have competent and knowledgeable mechanics working for them.
When dealing with them, I never come away with the feeling of not knowing if it was a hit or a miss, which I can't say is my experience with other farm equipment companies.
