The Dentist currently on staff is amazing. Very good with injecting Novocain with hardly any pain.

I have been going to Sodus Community Health for many years now. For medical & dental. These folks REALLY CARE!!! They will help out when you can't afford a doctor visit & they will go out of their way to help. The past 2 Physician's Assistants that they have had (Ashleigh & Jenn) have been unbelievably helpful. I really felt that I had my own personal doctor. I also have been to Newark Community Health & Geneva Community Health. Also very very good.

I have been a going to Doctor Long for 8 years. She is exceptional doctor. very caring, and helpful.

I love this place! Dr. Long is so incredibly polite and respectful, and the people up front are efficient and pleasant to talk to. I was listened to, given actual respect, care, and attention. Definitely gonna be going here for a long time! Thank you all!

Absolutely the best dental service I've ever had.!!The nurses& doctors actually care ,& do everything possible to make you comfortable! My mouth pain is horrible..so they make sure I don't run out of meds ..Wonderful that they actually LISTEN !!! Thank you for helping me!

Easy to get an appointment, staff has been very caring and I feel they offer excellent medical care.

They just recently moved next to the eye center all the staff is always so great with my son and they always so friendly

I wish I could rate the nurses, doctors and staff separately from the communication system used by Finger Lakes Community Health. The employees deserve 5 stars plus, especially Dr. Long. Her service, attention to detail, bedside manner and overall care is AMAZING. ----IF--- you are able to get through to schedule an appointment, ask a question, refill a prescription, etc. I have spent countless hours waiting on hold only to have to hang up because I work and my lunch or break is over. I was excited about the option for a return call from the system, however that has only worked once for me. I just don't understand... you have fabulous providers, a wonderful new facility, yet your communication system is absolutely unacceptable.

Sodus Community health gets 4 out of 5 stars from me. My family and I have been going here for 2 years and by far the best drs office in the Sodus area. They moved from Middle Road to Ridge Rd right next to Reed Eye Center. You can't miss it. Dr Shelly and Dr Long are great and the staff is equally amazing. The new facility is much bigger and clean and very aesthetic. The dentist is still located inside however labs will be done at the Rochester regional health building on Middle Road in Sodus.

Staff is always very nice here
