Duanesburg Town Court

I have always had very good luck coordinating with the professional staff at Duanesburg Town Court. They answer the phone on the first ring and always try to solve any issue - no matter how big or small. The clerk Lynnette goes above and beyond for the community.

This court is the best in Schenectady County. Thank God for Lynn, the best clerk ever!

I paid Progressive insurance for 6 months of coverage, but they canceled me with 39 days left, that I had paid for. They only sent me $25 back, so I sued them for the rest that I'm owed. I easily proved my case in court, but they ruled that it's ok for Progressive to keep my money.. Perhaps because I'm a straight white male..? Perhaps Progressive made a small donation to mr casso's reelection campaign?? But anyone with any common sense at all, can see that something fishy is going on.. Let's remember that corruption isn't a good thing, when election day comes. Now, I have to appeal this judgement,, in hopes of finding someone with some common sense to award me what I'm owed.

Lazy and doesn’t know how to do their jobs. Pushing people thru the court system and giving false information to try and incarcerate. Wish I could give 0 stars

Doesn't post any notifications of officials being away on vacation anywhere so if you drive from far away make sure to call them ahead of time.
