Modern clean facility with a fantastic staff. The group exercise classes are diverse (Spin, Yoga, Zumba, etc), motivating, and fun. The pool and aquatics program is located at the Sch High School.

The Schenectady Y is also focused on supporting the community through Youth Development and Social Responsibility.

LOCAL GEM!

This gym is located in Center City next to the CVS and across from Proctors theatre. In fact, with new hours post-COVID, one can come in and work out and use the sauna, steam room, or play basketball as early as 5:30 am - woo-hoo!

From a work perspective - they are one of the kindest 501C3s and inclusive organizations around. They thrive on kindness, serving their employees, AND their community. What a rare find!

The many programs for children, adults, and seniors are astounding and it's neat to see what is offered not only day to day but month to month.
