Nathan has been one of the best insurance agents I have ever had. He is always ready and willing to go above and beyond for his clients. With Nathan, you will feel like family and that is very important when it comes to having the peace of mind with regards to your insurance needs. I had an incident on the highway with a city vehicle throwing rocks from their truck bed onto my new/used car. I called Nathan who filed the claim personally for me and I had the check to repair my car within 4 days! Thats customer service! You are in good hands with Nathan! To be honest, I don’t even know where to start. Nathan has been my insurance man for 2/3 years now. Not only does he make time—even after hours to accommodate my needs, but he’s always a call/text away.

The insurance company is by far has the most reasonable pricing for insurance, but the people work for the company are so invested in their clients—literally!
For example, just today I’m in a situation where I am buying a new car. It’s after hours and I do not have the VIN number available as I am at work. Not only did I send Nathan a text, he responded quickly and gave me the information I need it right away, after hours!!

I can’t speak highly enough of Nathan and the dedication he provides, not only for me but friends who have gone through him for services!

I always used the lowest monthly cost company for years, but once I understood what my insurance policies weren't doing for me and my family, the decision to switch was an easy one. From one car and a homeowners policy, I have increased my coverage to 10+ policies for my family and my business. Nathan is at the top of my personal referral list!

I'm going into my second year with Nathan as my renter's insurance agent. His customer service is phenomenal. I described it to people that it's like I have a buddy in insurance looking out for me. His interactions feel like you're talking to a friend and he does everything to help with anything you may need. Nathan and Shelter also send out a birthday card and logo frosted cookies for my birthday last month. You can't beat their customer service and renter's insurance for only $8.33 a month is cherry on top.

Insurance is stressful to me! I had Geico for several years and thought I had everything that I needed covered.
