The staff is awesome here. They went above and beyond to help me get my mammogram efficiently and the results quickly. I will continue to and recommend this facility to anyone that needs imaging done. Location is ideal and you will be treated very well here.

Whoever the woman was answering the phones at 3:00 Friday October 6, was rude, sarcastic and condescending. It was quite obvious that she wasn’t just having a bad day, because I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and simply ignore her comments. But, over and over again her attitude continued as if I was an interruption and a major inconvenience to her. Quite honestly the antithesis of how someone in this profession should be. She certainly could never work at the Cleveland Clinic.

Never recommend the urgent care. Not kid friendly. Was recommend by pediatrician to go there. Never again.
