Dr. Counto is amazing and truly cares about her patients. She is kind, compassionate and always takes the time to care. The staff is truly amazing. The best compassionate care from the entire staff and doctor.

Dr Counto is a good Dr.I do believe at times she makes guesses instead of admitting she is not sure.She claimed my son had scabies when it was just a skin rash.She usually has a good diagnosis tho.

If you have no other appointment that day, this is the place to wait. This Dr. works on her computer the entire visit and really doesn’t hear what you have to say. I had seen her for several years and she still didn’t know what my problems were and what my meds were for. 🤷🏼. It was beyond time to move on.

She doesn’t seem to care about the patient! She doesn’t like to touch patients and this was before COVID-19. She acts like it, but it’s just a motion. She doesn’t think there is a white coat syndrome that makes nervous patient’s blood pressure higher. If she sees an opportunity to make money she will ask you to come in every week to charge insurance office visits without correcting the problem! Then there is a more serious problem that occurs with the patient!

For the 2nd time she was almost an hour late seeing me while I waited in the room. Then she acted rushed with me, less than 10 mins in room. She always seems to ask "do you want to", well I came to you to find ou . I also have a blood disorder and she prescribed iron, come to find out from the hematologist I am not suppose to orally take iron.

Her final words were, "I'm trying to help you", well in my opinion she is always just trying to get me out as soon as possible. Will be looking for new doctor.

The Dr said I had an ear problem and prescribed an antibiotic. I returned 1 month later and the doctor insisted I had an ear problem. I told her she was wrong and I told her I would report her. This is not a reliable source for health care. I would not recommend her.
