Mercy Health - Columbiana Primary Care

I have been coming here for years, even when I moved to Youngstown. The entire staff is always wonderful, and very nice and helpful. I haven’t had a Primary Care Physician though since my last one retired. Today I went in for Express Care and have found my new PCP. Dr. Predebon is awesome and I’m glad I’ve found him!

I love coming here, because the staff there so nice. They ask how you're doing, every time I'm there from the nurses. My dr is fabulous he listens to me on what's wrong and helps if he's able too. I haven't been to a dr in awhile and just started going, couple years ago and I'm so glad I found this place. I wanted to speak on a comment I read, about not separating sick patients from others. When did doctors office do that 🤷‍♀ in my years of life know doctors office does that unless it had to deal with covid then they split them up. Go somewhere else if you don't like it leave.

I have had so many bad experiences with health care and doctors that I dread going to a Dr! But recently I've had a string of small health problems and couldn't get to Dr immediately so ended up in urgent care! I will say these are the nicest health professionals I've ever dealt with!! I would absolutely recommend going here if you cant see your doc right away. I was impressed w the level of care I received! And they were so nice! I had two covid test and didn't even feel them!

Excellent immediate care when my son split open his knee. Dr Mark Ucchino was our miracle worker. He stitched my son up and kept the atmosphere light. The nurses were also very good. I was new to the area and prayed I was taking him to the right care. Rest assured this is a place for quality care.

I've been going to see Dr. Marc Ucchino for 10 yrs & I wouldn't want to go to anyone else! He's so easy to talk to & takes his time to answer any questions I may have. Highly recommend him!!

I've been to urgent care in two incidences. I was treated very nicely. The doctors helped me out both times. I would highly recommend them

Always professional and very caring. They’ll do all within their power to get to the root of the problem while treating you with the dignity you deserve.

I came for a not sick related visit and they bring everyone in the same way.....so everyone is one place no separation from sick or well.....Be advised.....I did not like this and not sure i will be back 🙁

I was treated here after a minor car accident. My lawyers office has made 7 attempts to get the medical records with zero luck. No progress what so ever. According to my lawyers office she gets the run around to different people and ends up back to square one. I'll change the review when you all take care of this. Interesting enough less than 24 hours after leaving this review mercy released the medical records... Go figure. Guess we will go from 1 to 2

My wife and I were patients of Dr. Evans for 22years. Shaky at first but we got used to each other. Then Prima some things changed but smoothed out with time. Then Mercy and it only got worse. Treat you like cattle. Doctors don't have enough time with patients. Now we're looking at the time we needed a Dr. Most

I went there to see a new doctor, primary doctor and he basically left me hanging. I will say that his name is Doctor P. I am out of my meds and the one I take has been stopped abruptly and can cause death. Can cause a person to go into a coma. Now, I am sitting here over ten day's without my meds.

Most everyone here is nice. But warning Dr Bonneti is rude and condescending especially if you don't want a vaccine. Been with Prima now mercy for 30 yrs and won't be coming back because of this Dr.

Dr Dietz had the worst bedside manner of any dr I have encountered. He was of no assistance and rude and probably one of the many reasons ppl are leery in seeking healthcare. It’s always disheartening to not get the care you need all because one thinks of another dr a certain way. I will not speak on behalf of the other drs but I will not be returning back to the facility for him and him alone. He may want to consider a different job if it’s such a burden to show care and compassion when ppl come to you for answers.
