Many thanks to these guys!!! I live 4 hours away but desperately needed my safety cover replaced! I didn't know them and they didn't know me but Dave was awesome...he took the time to listen to what was going on and helped to figure out what I needed! We managed to work things out over the phone...he ordered my new cover and a new ladder...his guys came a few weeks later and installed them! They were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!

Don Marcum installed an auto cover, liner, and filter on our existing pool. The price was reasonable, service was excellent, and the final result is awesome! Anytime I have had a question or a small issue they have been incredibly responsive and very helpful. Only company I would ever use or recommend to a friend. Outstanding job!

We've been a customer for 23 yrs. and can testify that they are a quality company. I have always received great customer service. I have a complicated pool design with multiple water falls, integrated hot tub/jucuzzi, floor cleaners, LED lighting, etc. and it's unrealistic to not have a single problem over a 20+ yr. span of service. But when there has been a problem, they behaved honestly and with integrity to aggressively take whatever responsibility needed for a more than fair resolution. That tells me a lot more about a company than one where you've never had a test. Quality company that has earned my loyalty for 23 years.

They helped us out of a bind! Closed and winterized our pool on short notice! They did an excellent job! Will be calling them bad in spring to open! Thank you so much for your quick and wonderful service!!!

As a novice pool owner I've found them to be really helpful. Plenty of free advice, water testing etc. Whenever I have an equipment issue/need I go to Dom Marcum's because I know it will be done right and on time.

I installed a new pump on my pool last year and they helped me select through the rebate process with Duke, enabling a $300 rebate.

I love my Big Green Egg! I got my Big Green Egg from Don Marcum's Pool Care almost a year ago and have enjoyed the experiences I've had so far. We even made our Thanksgiving Turkey on it :) Dave knows just about everything you need to know about the BGE. Very helpful and highly recommend.

Every time I've went there they have helped me save money on things I've needed and had things other places did not. Once I needed one little piece of a filter and other places wanted me to wait for them to order it and he had an extra one in back and just gave it to me.
