If you want your taxes done incorrectly, this is the place to go. First off, they over-reported my taxable interest from my 1099-INTs by over a hundred dollars. She (Kathy) thought the summary of all my bank accounts on the bottom of my one 1099-INT form was a separate account. It clearly said it was a summary of all the accounts on the form. How can someone in this profession make such an obvious mistake? Also, she included the money I made when I lived and worked in Ohio on my West Virginia tax return. Instead of owing West Virginia nothing, I owed them around 90 dollars. She should not have done that as that money should only have been included on my Ohio tax return. Also, she incorrectly handled the shared policy allocation for the premium tax credit on the Form 8962 for my federal tax return. Instead of getting a refund close to 300 dollars, I had to pay around 30 dollars to the feds. The kicker is that she efiled my taxes before even asking for my signature or approval. I didn't even get to see the forms before she efiled them. You are taking a gamble with your taxes if you go here. I now have the fun of doing a amended tax return for Ohio, West Virginia and the Federal government. This experience has been a nightmare...
