UH Westshore Primary Care - Avon

My doc is a part of West shore Primary Care. This group of doctors and clinics are diverse and friendly and available! Being sick and being able to come out to the Hale St office as a walk in, is wonderful! So very grateful to have this resource to use when needed. I was in and out quickly, got the help I needed and actually felt like I was seen and cared for in the time I was there. Worth the trip! Thank you to everyone at Hale St for being there to help. You are very appreciated!

There are multiple doctors here but i have never had a bad experience. One of them is my primary and he has been taking care of me and my kids for over 12 years. There is normally a wait but its worth it. They will listen to everything you have going on and then take care of it. The staff and drs are genuinely good people. I have suggested them to many people. My mother and many friends go to them now.

I have always had very positive experiences at the Westshore Primary Facility in Avon, Ohio. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and their service is always very prompt. The medical personnel have always been able to diagnose and treat my conditions fully and effectively. I would recommend this facility and its staff to anyone.

Dr. Davis and her staff were friendly, professional and helpful. I did not have an overly long wait and they helped me with each question I had about my health. I was especially grateful for how kind and patient they were with my 3 year old who was in tow!

Everyone always friendly and professional. Have been with Dr. Riley for some time now...love her and nurses!

Youre wait time can sometimes be hours but the doctors and nurses are kind and caring. They take the time to listen.

Receptionist very rude and unpleasant. Arguing with me about a bill they never sent or gave me. I'm already sick don't need an attitude when I am trying to be seen by a doctor to get antibiotics do I dont get any sicker or end up with pneumonia.

Front counter help is worse than a muffler shop. Westlake office much better.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! We took my son here Thursday to be treated for pink eye because his normal pediatrician didn’t have any availability. They diagnosed him and sent in a prescription for eye drops. Well he had a reaction to the ones they gave him so my husband called them at 3:30 on Thursday, they said they would send in a new prescription and NOTHING. It is now Friday night and after calling them MULTIPLE times today we STILL do not have the antibiotics for my son. I will NEVER be going here again. Please go somewhere else..

Did nothing to help me sat for 2 hours can barely swallow water or food. Sent me on my way with nothing! Took a Covid test tho gotta get the stats up... don't go here!!!

He is terrible . DO not take your child to this doc. He did nothing to help my child and ultimately led him to icu! Please do not go to this man.

UH has really gone down hill. They screw up everything they touch.
