My wife and I were traveling back to Texas from Omaha and passed through Auburn and needed to service to our tires. I went inside and asked the manager if I could get our tires aired up some and he said no problem, just pull around to the last bay.

I pulled around and the guy opened the door as it was a cold day and aired up our tires. The most incredible part was the manager wouldn't let me pay him for his services. He was so kind and helpful and they got right to me pronto. Thank you guys!!!

Traveling thru town and had a tire issue. The guys were amazing, got me in immediately and had me back on the road within a matter of minutes!! Excellent customer service!

I travel for work and finding a good mechanic in a new town proves difficult. I highly recommend this place. Everyone there is super friendly and they replaced my front bearing and spindle for a great price. Quality repairs without price gouging is what you can expect here.

Gilbert's has been great for everything from an oil change to major engine work. This family owned business really treats its customers right. They talk to you like a human and don't expect you to understand all the mechanical talk. They really let you know what's going on. They charge very reasonable prices and even have a cute doggo to keep you company while you wait.

Got one of my trucks from out of state in on short notice and replaced 3 trailer tires for a very good price. No hassle, just in and out in less than an hour.

Gilberts Service took great care of me and my RV recently. I needed to install steel valves on the inside tires of my rear duallys. They were real busy on the Monday and asked if I could stop by first thing Tuesday morning.
The crew got straight to work. They ensured that the rig was properly secured, removed the tires, set the valves and reinstalled the tires and wheels, ensuring that they were properly torqued.
All for an incredibly fair price. Thank you! My family in town have been using your service for years. I know why you were recommended.

Had a leaking water pump. I am not local to the area and needed some advice. They gladly inspected my vehicle at no cost and advised I needed a new water pump. They were very busy and didn't have any openings until late the next week. They were able to refer me to someone who could help so I could get back on the road. Very nice to have businesses like this willing to help even a stranger.

Starting losing tire pressure just south of Auburn on our way to Omaha. Did a quick search and luckily made it to Gilbert Service as the temperature was a whopping 11 degrees and we really didn’t want to have to put on the spare. Got us back on the road FAST much to the dismay of my daughters who would have been content to hang out with Rusty a little longer. Thanks guys! You were a blessing when we really needed one.
