Almost 10 years ago, at the age of 56, I experienced a personal tragedy, it was a loss of a child, I raised 4 children, all adults now, and am extremely proud to say I talk to them on at least 2-3 times a weeks. After about 5 years I was put on SSDI. My first encounter with Tricounty was Great, all the staff, no matter what department, treated me like I was special. I was employed from the age of 16 years old and never collected unemployment or was out of work for more than a few days my entire life. I've witnessed only a few times the abuse the staff has to put up, and I've witnessed that the staff treats everyone the same. The staff did not complain, and I'm not here to judge. It actually runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone knows their job and does it well. Today my life, with much credit to Tricounty has taken such a Great path. I am busy today but had an appointment cancelation, so as I always wanted to write a review, I felt this time would be an opportunity to give this review . I cannot thank them enough. Sometimes there's a little wait, and in my eyes it's never that long, only because they never RUSH clients People should smile more In todays environment, The staff and I'm including all the way to the top are true Professionals and do care about everyone that walks through those doors.
Sincerely,
Marty Mooradian

frequent change of dr is an issue!
at first i was happy that they took new patients who are new in this state but later I found out that they accept new patients because they have NEW Doctors every few months! therefore I have to re establish contact and start over again with each Dr And the process is slow. so my blood work result were ordered by the previous Dr then the new Dr comes and no one knows where is my result and it’s all lost and delayed. I had to chase for a blood work result for 2 weeks, no process in place to take care of the frequent change of Dr.

On top of this when I call nurses and admin they take forever to answer and they do not always return the calls. I just gave up, what is even the point of the good Doctors ? in 5 months 2 doctors left.
Drs poor retention strategy and nurses can’t be bothered to stay on top of that frequent change of Drs.
