Argenis was extremely helpful through the whole process of trading in my phone and was very patient with my family member who was having a meltdown and making the process difficult. Ezekiel was also very helpful and kind and patient. Thank you guys for your help I really appreciate everything!

Although my husband and I did not purchase our iPhone 14 at this establishment because they did not have the color we were looking for and had to go elsewhere to purchase, we returned to this store later to purchase the otterbox they had in stock. Chris who had initially worked with us earlier in the day was so professional and helpful he made the trip back up to the Providence place mall well worth it. Thank you!!! He was patient and very knowledgeable about the products

Well, when we walked in the store it was very busy. Then this young man came over and asked if we needed help and right away he was telling us about the deals they had going on. It was the best thing so I was able to get what I wanted and he was so helpful and nice 👍😊❤. Oh his name is Avgenis. Very nice and friendly also helpful, thank you again Avgenis 😊

Boris was extremely kind, hilarious, speedy, and helpful when my roommate and I lost and damaged our phones in the SAME WEEKEND! I took a couple hours to work through problems with my former provider and he was patient and attentive through it all—while still keeping spirits high in a rough moment. Nate was of great help and spent a couple of hours trying to fix our issue w the o. He’s very patient and is very knowledgeable. He also spent 1 hr after the store closed to finish all the issues. Amazing service. Chris was also pleasant and helpful at the time.

Brian helped me today to set my new iPhone. I dropped the old one in the Westport River this morning. The Apple Store could not initialize it because there was a security lock on but Brian fixed it liketysplit. Thanks so much!!
