SALT LAKE EXPRESS OFFICE

I have used Salt Lake Express on many occasions. They always arrive on time and the customer service is great when you have questions. I accidentally left an item on a shuttle and called them the same evening. The customer service was wonderful and they were able to find the item. One of the employees even dropped off the item to make it convenient for me. I definitely recommend this shuttle service.

Express is the best way to travel! I have taken this shuttle at least 5 times now, and will never drive 2 1/2 hours to the airport again. The drivers are professional, safe and courteous. Express customer service is awesome and always help me reschedule FREE if I contact them within 24 hours of my shuttle. They also give lots of discounts for holidays, birthdays, military and senior. I am a very satisfied customer!

I flew into the Salt Lake airport and needed a fast one way ride to Logan. Craig Rawlings was my driver. He was friendly, professional and made my experience GREAT. I would highly recommend the Salt Lake Express to everyone. Thank you Craig for getting me to Logan on time for my son’s basketball tournament. I greatly appreciate it.

I’ve taken the Salt Lake Express to and from Provo and Logan about 10 times and it’s never been more than a few minutes late.

I've always had a good experience with them. The drivers are friendly and courteous. I missed my bus due to a flight delay, and called the office. They were very helpful and set me up on the next bus no problem at all. I plan to use them again in the future.

My most recommended way of getting to the SLC airport. The service has always been excellent for me. My most recent driver, Bryce, was great. He was very safe and even brought me straight to my doorstep

Always a great way to get to and from the idaho and Utah area. But the reason I'm giving them 5 stars is there customer service. I have had to get a reservation time changed or cancel acedently bought tickets and both instances were stress free and they helped me out with no problems what so ever. Honestly it's safe to say that it was the best customer service experience I have ever had. Great job SLE.

Great experience! On-time arrival, water onboard, power outlets available (though I hear not on all shuttles), and very friendly driver. Brett was our driver and it was very smooth!

I purchased a ticket from Logan to the SLC airport. I had an amazing experience. The driver Bryce A was hilarious and made the experience 10x better.

As confused as I was when I walked from my terminal trying to exit the airport, I think they have done a wonderful job reconstructing the airport.. And as many people get confused everyday, they'll all get it when they get used to.

Friendly and reliable. The need to book door-to-door 48 hours in advance is not on the website and the system will allow you to book within less than the deadline. Was lucky to call help desk since the reservation did not show the pickup address. Got disconnected from first call center employee. Had better service after calling back and got the reservation changed. Had a great driver from Logan to SLC. Would recommend over ride share given the lack of options in North Utah.

My daughter is eleven. She takes the shuttle from Brigham to St. George multiple times throughout the year. We’ve never had a problem until yesterday. The driver refused to let my daughter board at the slc airport to come up to Brigham. She stated that she had never had a child before and wasn’t going to take her. My sister luckily was there so she was able to bring her home but if she wouldn’t have been there my child would have been left alone at the airport. I have emailed and called to complain about this, knowing the Karen implications but this was just ridiculous and extremely unprofessional and unsafe.when I called I was informed that there is no reason for her to have refused my child. She legally is allowed to take the shuttle and had her ticket. I don’t know the name of the driver but hopefully they are able to see who she was from my call and talk with her.

Mediocre at best. My experience has been that the buses are typically late, one time I had to drive a guy to the salt lake airport from Provo because the bus was so late he was going to miss his connection. Had another bus from Boise to SLC cancelled because the driver didn’t show up so a bunch of us spent a whole night at a gas station. It might be hearsay, but I was told the drivers work long shifts without break days, which sounds really sketchy. Customer service over the phone is terrible, the first time my bus was late I called to ask where it was and the lady at the call center promptly hung up on me. The one positive is my drivers (that I met) were nice people at least.

The good - I've always had reliable service and convenient stops.
The bad - prices have more than tripled over the last couple years. I shouldn't have to pay twice or three times as much as it would take me to drive myself, to be on a bus where multiple people are ride sharing. What is the justification?
