The Merc

If you are out at the foothills of the Sandia Mt., this is a great little market for your quick stop needs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean, and some local options are available within. They also sell beer, wine, and spirits here.

I love this little market in Placitas. They have a great vegetarian corner with easy to grab and go options. I had their combo plate with tabouleh. olives and tofu salad. It was delicious! They have a little bit of everything and a good wine selection.

I've been going to the Merc for a few years and have yet to be disappointed. It's the only store in the area, so the prices are a little higher. The deli has great food and they make a lot of their items from scratch. Very friendly and good spirited. Great wine and alcohol selection.

Love this little local market. The employees are always friendly and I like to support a small business in my town. They also have a surprisingly good wine selection.

It's a little pricey but what do you expect for a small town store they have great wine selection they have deli food and everybody is very nice and helpful

This little store has a little bit of everything but a huge selection of wines, beer and spirits. It also has cheeses, olives pretty much anything to make a party quickly.

It has necessary items when I don't want to go into Rio Rancho or Albuquerque. I was actually in the parking lot talking with a person and his hobby.

Been shopping there for years. Store got smaller but they have the basics. Prefer to shop here than deal with the traffic in Bernalillo.
