Comfort Inn & Suites Alamosa

Comfort Inn speaks for itself---this was our comfort place when all mishaps in our trip happened. The staff, the one who served breakfast, was very kind and helpful. I really hope I remember her name! Everyone is just so accommodating! The room is not bad for the price. But the biggest asset was their staff! I could not thank them enough for the assistance, especially this one staff who earnestly helped us figure out our logistics is the gem!

I was late to check in. Service was nice. One of the cleanest Comfort Inns I have stayed in. Their breakfast was a larger spread than most. A little outside town, but I will stay again.

Everything was perfect. Except for the crying baby next door and my dog wanting to go out at 1 AM. Not really the Inn's fault. The room and beds were immaculate. We had a wonderful breakfast too!

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Service was friendly and efficient. Just what we wanted in a traveling-through for the night room!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Alamosa, Colorado, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Nadia, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay.

Nadia, the front desk staff member, was an absolute delight. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She efficiently checked us in and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.

Unfortunately, during our stay, an unexpected emergency occurred, completely unrelated to the hotel or its staff. However, the way the hotel staff handled the situation was truly remarkable. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care, making our safety and well-being their top priority.

The entire staff, from the front desk to the management, displayed genuine concern and attentiveness. They consistently checked on us to ensure we were okay and provided any assistance we required. It was incredibly comforting to know that they were there for us during such a challenging time.

Speaking of the management, George, the manager of Comfort Inn and Suites, was actively engaged with guests throughout our stay. He took the time to personally apologize for the inconvenience caused by the emergency situation, even though it was beyond their control. His genuine empathy and understanding reflected a commitment to guest satisfaction and creating a positive experience.

Aside from the exceptional service we received, the hotel itself was fantastic. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep after a long day of travel. The amenities offered were also excellent, including the complimentary breakfast which had a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The staff was more than happy to provide recommendations and directions to help us make the most of our stay in Alamosa.

The exceptional service provided by Nadia and the entire staff, especially during the unexpected emergency, truly exceeded our expectations. The genuine care and attention we received, along with the comfortable accommodations, made our stay a memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alamosa and looking for a top-notch experience.

Nice hotel. Clean. Loved that the room had 2 luggage holders instead of just one! We always have to rig something up for the 2nd suitcase. Would stay here again.

Stayed for 1 night. The girl at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean and it was a quiet stay. They had a decent selection for breakfast. The views were very beautiful!

We stayed here for a visit to the national park. Rooms were recently updated, very clean, and pretty decent. Beds were comfortable. Walls were a little thin, but we didnt have much noise issues. Much better than I expected with the brand, but I hadn't stayed in a Comfort Inn in years.

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Our room had a plumbing issue on our last day. We returned to the room to shower before checking out, after a last trip to the park. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us a place to shower before we hit the road. Thank you!

This hotel is one of my favorites away from my usual stays. The staff is fantastic and always welcoming, the rooms always clean, and the Breakfast always hot and tasty.

We got the king sweet with jacuzzi tub and we had our own patio. Totally worth the money. Absolutely recommend. Only gave the room 4 stars because it wasn't entirely clean. The shower floor was dirty, it happens!

We stayed here for two days, staff was super friendly, and the continental breakfast had a really nice variety! Literally my only complaint is the beds were a little uncomfortable, but thats to be expected with any hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Best continental breakfast we've EVER had at a hotel with great coffee; cordial and professional staff, especially the night clerk, Monica, who checked us in late last night. She never lost her cool, even when the reservation system wouldn't work and we became gritchy. The staff were all authentically friendly and hospitable. The rooms were beautiful, quiet, well designed, and impeccably clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. No issues at all. Drove to the Great Sand Dunes the next day.

My family and I stayed here while we were on a mini family vacation. It’s close to the sand dunes, hot springs, fort garland, Zapata falls, food, etc. We enjoyed our stay here. Pleased considering the price. Anything that was wrong, the staff remedied very quickly. The staff were all very pleasant and kind here. Good management. 👍

Absolutely wonderful place to put up for the weekend in Alamosa for the Sandunes visit. Breakfast spread was very good and options for both kids and adults, comfortable rooms, bed, bathroom and super awesome staff. Great experience

Nicest hotel I have stayed in in Alamosa. Hot tub was 103 but a little foamy.

We sure enjoyed our evening at the comfort inn & suites. We are local but just wanted to change a pace near shopping movies and eateries. I would just say if you're wanting to enjoy the whirlpool make sure to book a room on the west side of the hotel. Pleasant customer service and we will return.

Every staff member I encountered from the reception area to the sweet ladies doing the room cleaning all were very nice and friendly! I appreciate that everyone was wearing a mask, too bad not everyone staying there did but the staff did their part in keeping everyone and themselves safe! I have never left a review but I was really impressed with every staff members greetings, even if you were walking down the hall they would greet you and made you feel welcomed. Upon walking into the reception area at check in it smelled very clean, the rooms were clean, cool temp and comfortable. I really liked the way breakfast was served for you in boxes to avoid a crowded dining area. I would definitely stay here in the future. Thank you to Management for keeping happy and amazing Staff:)
