Quality Inn Alamosa

It was obvious there was work happening to the place but I went in just to check it out and ended up staying. It was the perfect fit for our family. The pool is what won us over. The game room was a nice add on. The only complaint I have is the pool sticks need new tips. It's just hard for a child to play with a nail tip. Other than that we had an amazing time. I wanted to thank Rachel for greeting me with a pretty attitude and an even better prettier smile. I want to thank Dennis for being the most patient front desk attendant because my kids were in and out of the game room and the pool. I want to thank Katie because again my kids were just needy for the game room stuff and she was sweet as pie while doing it. Thank you. Don't care what others say we had a great time and slept so good!

My family and I stayed here for several days ..we were initially a little worried as the first room we were put in had black mold in the bathroom..but when we let the front desk know they immediately gave us a new room and apologized for the inconvenience..All the staff and managers are friendly wonderful people! Beds are really comfy nice HOT showers and a huge bonus is the indoor mini water park! It was great for keeping my toddler busy as there is a little kids area!10 out of10 will be staying again! My only complaint is people need to pick up after their dogs

My only critique is that the rooms could use some better ventilation as there were some questionable smells when we first checked in. However, their staff was unbelievably wonderful and accommodating throughout our stay. They were so sweet while going above and beyond to make our visit as comfortable as possible. The rooms were impeccably clean (contrary to the majority of previous reviews) and they come equipped with a small fridge. No microwave in the room, but there is a communal one that’s located in the convenience shop within the lobby. A highlight was the 24/7 coffee station (sitting beside the counter where breakfast is held until 9am every morning). We also greatly appreciated the main recreational area of the hotel that featured a pool table, a ping pong table, and foosball. This was only topped by a practical gym area on the other side of the lobby which had more features than you’d think! This Quality Inn & Suites does Alamosa proud. We enjoyed our time at this hotel immensely and would absolutely recommend booking a room here if you’re in need of a reliable place to stay that’s in a great location!

This place was AMAZING for my family of 16. I let my kids roam around the very cool water park and they made a couple friends by the back of the building. This was the cleanest and most well done room we have ever seen. We felt safe and had a happy surprise when we saw how good the view was. Keep up the good work quality inn!!!

Great hotel. Great staff except one. I am a weekly guest who renews my stay at midnight with Deanna who is always on top of things and a great person to talk to. Normally I would renew in the morning, but the morning person Danae is always on her phone and doesn't seem to want to do her job or help anyone. Everyone else here is great.

Upon walking in, there was notable construction but everything clean. Our first room was a pet room and we did not have pets, so that was a no for us lol. We went up front to see if we could just get switched to another room and Dennis exceeded our customer service expectations!! He super kindly upgraded our room without us even asking. The suite room was everything you’d except from a motel and was perfect for relaxing after the Sand Dunes. Once this remodel is complete, this place has a ton of potential! As it stands, the hotel is definitely a 3.5 star but Dennis made our experience memorable!

The Staffs friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are great for the price. They've been doing renovations for almost a year that I know of. Not once was I bothered by any of it.
Other then working around them bringing the place brand new. Newly remodeled rooms are fabulous and a steal of a deal.

I had a good stay, clean bed. The manager, Katy, was very helpful. I booked the wrong dates with a third party, and they couldn’t amend my dates. But Katy overrided it and fixed it, and got me in last minute. So thankful for the customer service :)

Now owned as quality inn. Hotel is remodeled and with basic amenities like refrigerator, Tv. Microwave is in common area. Ice vending machine is available.
Good place to spend night for cheap price. Would definitely recommend.
Staff( Rachel) is good she provided ice from the lobby area when the ice vending machine was in making ice state which we needed at that moment.
But the access keys sometimes doesn't work so I had to ask staff for same they did came up to help.
Overall good experience 👍.
Location is close to the restaurant, eateries, gas station just few minutes of drive.

The hospitality was great, rooms we stayed in were newly remodeled, clean and accommodating. Staff was friendly and professional. Looks like they are still renovating so we were not able to get breakfast there but they let us know when we checked in.

A luxurious modern lodge style hotel with a good breakfast! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Alamosa!

Loved this place! They've upgraded and the service is wonderful! Will only be staying here from now on! Deanna was so great, we checked in in the middle of the night and she made everything smooth and easy!

I go on road trips alot, I've been across 10 states and before I stayed at THIS Roadway, I wouldn't be caught dead at one. I was shocked!!! The hotel was clean, no smell, the beds are comfy! I was coming threw and got caught in a snow storm and I had my dog with me. The staff welcomed me with open arms. They are under new management and are in the middle of upgrading, so I can't wait to see when done. Alyssa, Danielle, Jacob and James all are great people and really went the extra mile to help me and make sure I had a great stay. So I say stay here and be nice to the staff. I will be back!

The room was immaculate. Even under construction and renovation, the halls smelled new of paint and the bed was super comfortable for my aching back. I would highly recommend staying here.

I was hesitant bc of the other reviews. But I took a chance. My husband and I have been traveling for 3 days and this is the nicest hotel we've stayed at so far. King size bed was so comfortable. Front desk lady was extremely nice. No bed bugs.. room was so clean and tidy. Very affordable.

We ended up staying another night because a good hotel at affordable rates is hard to find anywhere in Colorado! This one exceeded our expectations!

Super helpful staff, very big bed and clean without bedbugs but could be updated. I appreciated how the front desk clerk went over the security and safety that they use, it really put me at ease. No longer serve breakfast and don't have a lounge or pool but if needing a room for cheap or even extended stays I do recommend staying there.

What a fantastic find nice impeccably clean nice clean smelling rooms! No smoking odors at all. The room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave. Nicely decorated well suited for families and or large groups. I was pleasantly surprised, I will be returning when I back in the area.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this Rodeway Inn. The front desk staff (Denise, Daniel & Jacob) were incredibly welcoming and gave us awesome recommendations such as where the best breakfast in town was and really great information about the Sand Dunes & Zapata Falls. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. Would highly recommend this Rodeway Inn

Staff is great. Price is reasonable. They are working in the hotel to bring it back up to its original new hotel feel. So don't be too critical about your Stat there. They appreciate your personal feedback but could do without an "Royalty" staying here for a while. I'm not saying nor to stay here but, to stay here with an open mind and to stop being so "Snoity" about your stay instead.

It will get better and better but that takes time & lots of $. Your money makes this transition much faster.

Upon arrival the front desk assistant was very helpful and got me a room that was on the first floor which was a great thing for me cuz I can't carry anything upstairs. As I entered the room I was surprised to see how clean it was and very upkept. It had a nice smell in the room like a subtle perfume which I liked a lot. I would have to say this is a good place to stay because it's very clean and the management is pretty awesome 😎
