I just moved from Virginia to Utah 2 weeks ago! I was accepted as a new patient in my third trimester of my pregnancy which is absolutely amazing! I was afraid I wasn’t going to get a doctor at this point. I made an appointment so easy with Dr. Craig’s staff. They’re friendly and extremely helpful!
My first appointment was smooth as can be! I had a growth ultrasound with Brittany who was wonderful! Told me everything she could see and tried her hardest to get a 3D picture of my stubborn little baby! We got a couple! Then I had my appointment with Kristen Craig. She impressed me! She was so knowledgeable, informative and very welcoming. I felt super comfortable in her care and she answered all of my questions!
Overall I was impressed and very happy with my choice in new OB care as I had to switch so late in my pregnancy!

Dr. Welter is always kind and takes time to talk, listen and explain things. He truly cares about his patients. I have watched him personally take patients across the building to the hospital to be admitted. He is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable and competent. I highly recommend him!

The office staff are all very friendly, kind, respectful and efficient. The people at the front desk of any office are the ones that give the first impressions of a business. These women are great!

Staff is courteous and effective, scheduled my appointment within a short time after I requested it.
Dr. Hansen asked questions and made sure he understood why I was there. He presented several treatment option's and recommended the one he felt fit my situation best. He reviewed the procedure with me and what I should expect after the surgery.
Everything went according to plan. I had an excellent recovery and no complications

Im so impressed with the amount of time Dr Welter spends explaining everything to me. He dives right into the problem and explained things so i could fully understand them. I never felt rushed and im feeling better everyday. His staff is is amazing from front to back. And very attentive.

Dr Welter is by far the best doctor I've ever had. He has great compassion and truly understands and listens to what I have to say. He always voices his concerns and comes up with a treatment plan that works for us both. And his nurse Martha is absolutely amazing and very attentive to my needs. She makes me very comfortable as do all the staff at his office. Wish I could name them all. Bottom line: I highly recommend Dr Welter as a primary care physician. Dr Hansen has done many surgeries for many members of my family and most recently did my hysterectomy. He is amazing, so professional, kind and very caring! His office staff is great as well! They worked really hard with my insurance company to insure everything was taken care of and I did not have to worry about a thing! I recommend him to anyone!!!

My last visit to Dr. Welter's office was one of the best I have ever had. The staff were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make my visit positive and possible. The Medical Assistant was excellent and the injection she gave me was the least painful I have had in a long time. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and ready for the injection. I would recommend Dr. Welter to anyone.

I couldn’t recommend any other hospital after having such a great experience at this one. Dr Bertoldo always answers my questions and actually cares about his patients. His receptionists are so nice and are really great at working with your schedule. The medical assistant is super nice and makes you as comfortable as you could be at a doctors appointment. I’ve already told all my friends and family that If they’re looking for a new ob/gyn, to give them a call because it was such a stress free experience.

My experience was extremely good! Dr. Bertoldo was professional, respectful, skilled, empathetic and I felt I received accurate and timely information about the procedures I received. The staff at his office treated me with kindness, and the waiting time before my appointments was minimum. Also, I ended up having surgery for the first time in my life, and each one of the doctors and nurses that helped me made it easier for me to feel relax and informed at all times. Before the surgery I was guided by Dr. Bertoldo about the steps I would go through. Knowing what was going on made me also feel safe. In summary, based on my experience I would totally recommend attending this hospital and specifically Dr. Bertoldo!

I have found that Dr. Welter is a highly intelligent doctor with the unique skill of being able to tune in and listen to his patients. He is also a well-organized physician, something you don't see often amongst busy doctors these days! Together with his excellent "bedside" manner, he knows what's best for his patients. He is candid and does not sugarcoat test results or other diagnostic findings. Finally, he is persistent and is one of those one-in-ten that goes the extra mile to target in on a difficult diagnosis!

I went in to have an emergency appendectomy. Dr. Hansen was on time and let me know all the details of the surgery. He was very kind and for it being my first surgery I would say was about as good of an experience as you can have for these sort of things. Great doctor and very knowledgeable. I will definitely seek him out in the future.

Everything about Dr Bertoldo and his office staff over the past several years and especially the past 6 weeks have have been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL. Dr Bertoldo and his staff are AWESOME! His assistant is so kind, very personable and really cares. She also was very quick to get back to me with all my questions and concerns. Dr Bertoldo is great. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything thoroughly, made me feel comfortable and even took the time to get to know me! I would highly recommend Dr Bertoldo and his office at the Cache Valley Specialty Hospital.

If anything good could result from 5 rib fractures, it would be my experience with Dr Hansen and the Cache Valley Hospital.
I was brought into the emergency ward on 31May. Check in, interview, xrays and diagnosis were quick and efficient. Dr Hansen’s diagnosis was very thorough and assured me he would return after I was settled in my room to answer any further questions. I saw him every day and his empathy and competence was very reassuring.
The nursing staff was also exceptional. They would check continuously on my comfort level and answer any question I may have.

Dr. Rayn is a wonderful Doctor he took his time with me to explain everything of concern. His staff is excellent too and I got a call as soon my blood work was in to go over the results. I would highly recommend him and he staff if you are looking for a good Doctor.

Dr Welter is always very good at taking time to ask questions & address my concerns. He calls me personally to give me lab results. I never feel like he is rushing to get on to another patient.

I got service from Dr. Bertoldo. He was absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable procedure. He answered all of my questions clearly and gave me extra information just in case I had questions later. Him and his staff were amazing and he will be my first choice if I ever need anything again.

My wife and I recently moved to Hyde Park from the Midwest. I managed medical clinics and know quality. After extensive research we decided to visit Dr. Welter. He is a graduate of UW-Madison and outstanding Medical school. The office staff were polite and efficient in scheduling the appt. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Welter actively listened, was patient and had good suggestions on treating my asthma. And...he is a Packer fan! I was very pleased!

Dr. Mark Hansen, and Peggy, his medical assistant, his office assistants, surgical staff, and Lori, and others, (I apologize I cannot remember the wonderful nurses names) were professional, thoughtful, and courteous. I am so appreciative and grateful for their taking care of me as soon as possible. I was able to meet with the doctor and surgery was scheduled in a timely manor. Dr Crissold met with me prior to surgery too. The facility was clean and spotless. The surgery went well. My recovery is going well. Thank you Cache Valley Speciality Hospital.
