They have excellent customer service. When I lost my health insurance coverage they were great on letting me know what I needed to do to continue to get my oxygen covered. Staff is super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!!

I've been working here for almost 6 months. My coworkers are always willing to help, both our patients and myself, as I learn and grow. I have my 20+ customer service & worked with an awesome crew. Enthusiast, supportive, and ready to help! Our team rockz!

Great customer service. Sam and Mikayla made it a quick process for us to get our oxygen set up and explain everything. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend Lincare.

I read a few poor reviews. I know that there has been a huge turn around with all staff. Now, patients are greeted with a smile and staff are eager to help any way they can. They really love their patients and believe in what they do.

The new management is absolutely amazing!!! Recently my family had a house fire and struggled like you wouldn't believe with the old management to get supplies. The new management didn't hesitate to make sure my family received everything they needed promptly.

Service was prompt, smooth and personalized. Lincare helped with my out of state travel and I recently became a customer.

No wait time. Very friendly, easy to work with and competent. In other words I get what I need in a pleasant environment quickly. I really appreciate these ladies.

Have been dealing with Lincare for oxygen for about 2 months. I have been a nurse for over 20 years & have had to deal with dozens of different providers over the years. The “manager” Jennifer at the one in Alamosa was condescending & rude when trying to get replacement tanks because my friend ran out before the delivery date. Apparently this is one of the poorest run offices in the company.

Poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Cannot get ahold of any one in that place! Poor poor service and they dont even care that their people are rude and unavailable.

Stopped in recently and was shocked by the lack of help received. When I walked in I was coldly asked what I needed. When I explained what I needed and explained the situation the lady sighed and rolled her eyes. Yes, I saw that. After a few minutes of cold questions and not help I decided not to work with them. Imagine dealing with them on a monthly basis? No. I came up with a somewhat reasonable excuse and picked up my paperwork and left. No help and poor attitudes. I will go somewhere else or buy my own equipment. Being in healthcare I will be less likely to recommend this place for DME.

Lincare representative was very very rude . I was waiting on an oxygen machine. First words out of her mouth on the phone was I don't understand you you sound muffled 🙄 I told her well that's because I'm waiting for some oxygen from your company and she said well don't you know that I need a prescription and needs to be sent over to our office I knew that I was just calling to see the status of my oxygen machine she was just very very rude decided not to go with lincare I went with Roth
