Eclipse property management has been great from the very beginning. They were very quick and responsive with my initial application and made sure that they communicated with me rapidly about the property I was applying for to make sure that I didn't miss the opportunity and worked with me around my work schedule. The maintenance text line was a dream come true and they were always quick and professional handling any and every issue that came up and that paired with the air filter replacement deliveries every 3 months was so much more than I could have imagined. Everyone at Eclipse has always been extremely understanding and willing to work with me and do whatever they could to make things easy and smooth and definitely have huge hearts! I have to give a personal and very huge shout out to Chuck Kelly! He has been more than amazing to work with and has renewed my faith in humanity. I had some personal health and financial issues and he has done everything in his power and more to make my transition as smooth as possible while showing me care and empathy that is hard to receive from most places nowadays. I appreciate that more than words can express. If you choose to not work with Eclipse Property Management you are going to be missing out in my opinion. They are wonderful, professional, understanding, warm, very efficient, always quick to respond and handle any issues and uphold very high standards at the properties they manage. I rent an office in the building and I have to say, the staff are so amazing! They are very welcoming and friendly. I was there two weeks ago during the big snow, and Kit and Bev shoveled me out. I didn't even ask them to help---they came to me and offered! The building is always very clean which is a nice change from some offices I have rented in the past. Further, because I don't live in Alamosa, I was given all kinds of recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. One night, I got locked out and Kati came to the rescue within minutes---way after business hours. I can't say enough good things about Eclipse!!!

Kati Vigil was AMAZING to work with! The main person I was working with went on a vacation during the time my lease was supposed to start so I emailed Kati the day of, she replied in a timely manner, managed to get my keys to me within a few hours and traveled to the next town over to bring my welcome packet and keys! She was so sweet and professional. I am very happy with my experience at eclipse!

Our experience using eclipse property management to rent a room at Bell & Main was a excellent. I am a travel nurse and stayed here for a couple of months. Kati was great was with my wife Savannah and I. She kept an open line of communication and always answered our questions promptly. The room was much nicer than staying in a hotel for the price we paid and was close to everything in town. If I ever stay in southern Colorado again, I will most stay here again.

After I had been in my rental for awhile, things started to go wrong, but I didn’t have time to notice, because Stephanie at Eclipse Property Management called me to let me know a vendor had been dispatched to fix the issue I was unaware of. When I did notice something, like a plumbing leak, Stephanie had a professional onsite within ten minutes or less to correct the problem. I am amazed at how quickly everything was resolved and delighted to say those issues never happened again, because Stephanie knows exactly who to call to fix things right the first time. Mayra, Kim, and Jedrick at Eclipse Property Managment kept me up to date on everything from scheduled preventive maintenance to all the paperwork like renter’s insurance. They are friendly professionals who took the time to explain everything clearly and were so helpful during my entire lease, which made my stay so wonderful. I never met them in person, but they always treated me like their number one priority and were always wonderful to interact with over the phone or through email. I am so grateful they were available to help me with whatever I needed and knew exactly what to do in any situation. There are only a couple of rental agencies in this small town. I tried them all a couple of years ago when looking for a place for me and my boys. Eclipse so far out-shone the others in all aspects of what I expect from a business that it is really sad. I have been renting from them for two years and in that time I have not had a single problem from them. I have had a couple of work orders on the house that needed taken care of, and their professional service people were on it immediately, left no mess behind and were very friendly. The office people are always helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable if I have to call them. Chuck has put himself together a great team that does everything they can to make your life easier as a renter.

I must say that I do not appreciate landlords!! They always think they can charge more and more without regard for the tenant. However, the property manager Chuck Kelly does take the time to hear you out and make sense of the situation. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be involved with eclipse. When you doubt this place, please talk to him!!

Our entire experience with Eclipse Property Management was fantastic! The rental application was easy to complete, the waiting process to see if we were approved took less than 24 hours!! (We submitted our application late Tuesday night and received an email Wednesday afternoon that we were approved) Their entire staff is very courteous, professional, helpful and easy to get a hold of either by phone or email. Eclipse SAVED ME when I moved to town. I had recently relocated, and my new complex (that I moved into without touring first- not through Eclipse) was unclean and unsafe. I immediately started looking for new places, but it was very challenging in such a small town to find something with availability. I found Eclipse and felt like my prayers had been answered. Each member of the staff is fantastic. They returned my calls/messages, and worked with me one-on-one to find a perfect fit. Now, I LOVE my new place, my neighbors, and the area I am now in. Eclipse is SO WELL run. If something breaks, I put in a request, and within 24 hours, it is addressed. I have NEVER felt more comfortable with a rental company. I felt so at home with their amazing staff. Sierra ESPECIALLY did an AMAZING job every step of the way. She was SO on top of everything, personable, efficient, and friendly! Love working with Chuck and his team! Easiest and smoothest experience we have ever had for renting! They care about quality and making everything modern and convenient! I especially enjoy having an online portal to use for rent payment and scheduling any repairs.

Front office staff were efficient, helpful, and friendly. The rental is beautifully maintained, all amenities are as shown in the listing. The place was really well-cleaned, with new paint, working shades on all the windows, new light bulbs, working appliances, etc. I am satisfied with eclipse rental so far!

I have known Chuck for a few years now, not only have I rented from him but he has also done business with the company I work for. He is very responsive & easy to communicate with. If I had questions, or concerns pertaining to a property or if ever there was an issue with one I have lived in it was taken care of immediately.
