My wife and I had entertained the idea of moving across the country to Arizona from Pennsylvania to be in a more favorable location for a long time, but the logistics seemed so overwhelming that we almost discarded the idea of making the move.

We initially got connected with another local realtor in Kingman that failed to return calls, made false promises and took his time on viewing houses we were interested in, which ultimately led to us missing out on properties we wanted.

After ditching the first realtor, I googled “Best realtor in Kingman, Arizona” and Phil’s name was the first search result. I clicked his page and called him about the house we were in love with (and ultimately ended up buying) and Phil was in the property within 45 minutes giving us a detailed video tour of the house.

Phil scheduled and arranged every inspection, every article of paperwork and every intricate detail instantly. He simplified a VERY overwhelming process down to one of the easiest things we’ve ever done.

I worked with Sherri Merriwether at Realty One in Kingman Arizona to sell my brother's house for me, when I live in California. She was so helpful and made it so easy for me. what can i say about this place and the people working here, first of all ive never seen a company go over and above like they did for me, carmen jimenez was my agent and runs their office in kingman, she worked tirelessly day and night and on the weekends for me. i cannot be more impressed with her work ethic, could call with questions any time of the day, office staff was as warm and friendly . she got me more house than i thought i possibly could, made me wish i had a second house to buy
