Jonny was so helpful when I needed to sell my grandmother's house. I'm not always the easiest person the reach and I live out of state, but he worked with me mostly through email and text with no issues and made himself available to me when necessary. He was exceptionally patient with me and more so my very uncooperative relative that was living in the house at the time of the sale. I feel that he went above and beyond in every way and I know he got me the most money in the short span that I had to sell the house. I don't think I could have sold the house without him.
