Walmart Vision & Glasses

I have been getting mine and my son’s glasses here for years and I have always had a great experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the prices are reasonable. Camela and Shanesse have been great to work with. They don’t make you feel rushed and always answer your questions.

Had a great experience here. Bill was patient and very professional. I had my own (antique) frames and ordered lenses. What a wonderful option for optical service right here in Alamosa, Co!

Michelle and Bill really helped with my new progressive lens glasses. They took the time to answer all my questions and ones I wasn't aware of. Michelle did an excellent job of adjusting them and explaining to me how to 'get used' to them. I'm very grateful and glad I went there for their help!

It was a pleasure working with the staff. I've had several visits and phone call with them and every person was kind and helpful. Good customer service in general has declined in the past few years so Kudos to the Alamosa staff AND the Ophthalmologist!

The time has come for this old man to admit he needs glasses! Well, some of the time at least ;) Anyway Bill answered all of my questions as well as some I had not even thought of. He took all the time I required to be comfortable with the whole new experience. I just got the text that my order is now ready and I expect I will see the same level of experience and professionalism when I get over there to get the glasses.

I have been going here since I was a kid for my glasses & contacts and now I take my own family here for theirs. The staff is very professional & always so helpful when it comes to any questions we may have. We have no complaints, as usual, for our latest visit!(:

Purchased glasses for my son today. Carolyn and the staff were very helpful and no pressure in helping me select 2 pairs for my son. 20% off second pair was a good deal too.

Very nice quality lenses they have Nikon and Zeiss. Prices are the best in Alamosa and the quality is so much better than online. I have both sunglasses and regularly glasses from them. I have used their awesome warranty in the past and they were very easy to deal with. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have even used my own frames and just had new lenses put in them.

I wanted a pair of sunglasses but my prescription was expired. The doctor was able to get me in right away and he was very nice. Lisa helped with ordering my glasses and was very knowledgeable and nice. I see so well out of my new sunglasses that now I need to order some everyday glasses!

Really appreciate their help when I forgot my contacts on vacation. They worked with my home optometrist to fill my rx for a pair of contacts!
